GBResidence owner/Timeshare Thank you for sending me the template letter to fill out, send, and cancel our Hyatt Residence ownership before the 6 day deadline was up. Our membership was cancelled and our down payment has now been refunded. I would especially like to thank Madelin Allred for assisting us through this ordeal. Without her, we probably would not have made the deadline!!!! Thanks, Cindy D

GBThey got my money $2250.00 They got my money $2250.00. September 2016 and 2 years later still nothing has been done. I called attorney Michael Saracco # (321) 505-7542. Whom was a representative for my Westgate canceling and his office said he no longer work with Aconsumercredit LLC. They do not pick up call, only answering machine says mailbox is full and can't take any call. 1 (800) 611-0631 1 (386) 301-4293 1 (800) 587-3948. Anyone have any ideas how to file a lawsuit?

GBThis company is a complete rip off This company is a complete rip off. We signed a contact February 28, 2018 and paid them $2900.00 to find out in September 2018 that they had filled bankruptcy. We live in Kentucky and had no way of knowing we needed to file a claim with the bankruptcy court in Florida. We only found out by coincidence that my husband found out about AConsumer Credit ‘s bankruptcy on the Internet . How would we know we never received any notification of any kind. We were badly burned by them.

GBAwful ripoff Awful ripoff. Signed up with them in August of 2017 hoping for a resolution to the timeshare I was in. One year passed with them slowly decreasing their communication, then all of the sudden they were bankrupt. Now I've defaulted on payments for 20 months and no idea how to get out of this situation. So much for "money back guarantee".

GBThey don't hold up their money back guarantee... They don't hold up their money back guarantee. First, they make you wait 11 months before you can ask for a refund and then ignore every attempt you make to contact them. I contacted them several times just for an update on my account and never got a response back. I ended up having to deal with my timeshare company myself. What was the point of spending $2500 to them? My advice: RIDE IT OUT. You're gonna take a hit to your credit anyways, ride it out, eventually the timeshare company will come to you with an offer to buy you out so they can sucker someone else. But, there's a reason this company has over 300 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, so don't waste your money.
