So Thankful We found ourselves ensnared in a timeshare from hell. But we are thankful for American Consumer Credit for helping us to resolve the issue released from the contract. American Consumer Credit was patient with us, worked with us, and never left us in the dark. We are extremely thankful and our rep was awesome. He was always a call or email away.

Aconsumercredit LLC is a scam Aconsumercredit LLC is a scam. A year and half ago I paid them big bucks and signed lots of legal documents for them to get me out of a time share. They said these things take time and to send them any correspondence received from Time Share. This is I did. No matter what I said in the letter it was always the same form letter stating we are reviewing your file, thanks for the submission. Same in January, same in August. Meanwhile Diamond Resorts reports that my ownership has never been closed. They have never heard of AConsumercredit, and i had to pay a hefty maintenance fee. Now one can transition out of timeshare with Diamonds resort - i think.

This company is a complete rip off This company is a complete rip off. We signed a contact February 28, 2018 and paid them $2900.00 to find out in September 2018 that they had filled bankruptcy. We live in Kentucky and had no way of knowing we needed to file a claim with the bankruptcy court in Florida. We only found out by coincidence that my husband found out about AConsumer Credit ‘s bankruptcy on the Internet . How would we know we never received any notification of any kind. We were badly burned by them.

Delivered as promised. ACC came thru for us with flying colors and got us out from under our timeshare agreement. It's a load off my mind knowing that neither myself nor any of my family will ever be saddled with those perpetuitous monthly fees.

Residence owner/Timeshare Thank you for sending me the template letter to fill out, send, and cancel our Hyatt Residence ownership before the 6 day deadline was up. Our membership was cancelled and our down payment has now been refunded. I would especially like to thank Madelin Allred for assisting us through this ordeal.
