Residence owner/Timeshare Thank you for sending me the template letter to fill out, send, and cancel our Hyatt Residence ownership before the 6 day deadline was up. Our membership was cancelled and our down payment has now been refunded. I would especially like to thank Madelin Allred for assisting us through this ordeal. Changed our lives We got caught up in the Timeshare circle. Told several different stories and none were the same. They were very manipulative. Stumbled onto Ammerican Consumer Credit and they changed our lives. They had us provide the info and they ran with it. We are now 100% removed from our legally binding contract. They are the best. Attorney Soccorro and all the folks involved went about and beyond the call of duty. Bless you.

I have searched for a Class Action Lawsuit against the company and against Michael Saracco, and cannot find anything. I can't believe I was taken advantage of (as hundreds of others). We must fight back and at least get a refund. The people who work for them must not have a heart or care about human beings. HELP!! I too was scammed by these vermin I too was scammed by these vermin. Public records show Michael Saracco (attorney in Cocoa Beach, Fl) as principal attorney for this still active company. I suggest everyone contact Fl state attorneys office and file online complaint. I am also reviewing him on every site possible for the lowlife he is. You can also call Florida State Bar and file complaint. I intend to cause him as much trouble as he has caused me!
