GBI was strung along for a year before I… I was strung along for a year before I received e-mail referring me to send all materials to a bankruptcy e-mail address. They did absolutely nothing but take my money. All the money back guarantee documents they sent isn't worth a DAMN!

GBIs there any recent updates on A… Is there any recent updates on A consumer Credit LLC? It is now Sept, 2020. I have searched for a Class Action Lawsuit against the company and against Michael Saracco, and cannot find anything. GBAconsumercredit LLC is a scam Aconsumercredit LLC is a scam. A year and half ago I paid them big bucks and signed lots of legal documents for them to get me out of a time share. They said these things take time and to send them any correspondence received from Time Share. This is I did. No matter what I said in the letter it was always the same form letter stating we are reviewing your file, thanks for the submission. Same in January, same in August. Meanwhile Diamond Resorts reports that my ownership has never been closed. They have never heard of AConsumercredit, and i had to pay a hefty maintenance fee. Now one can transition out of timeshare with Diamonds resort - i think.

GBAwful ripoff Awful ripoff. Signed up with them in August of 2017 hoping for a resolution to the timeshare I was in. One year passed with them slowly decreasing their communication, then all of the sudden they were bankrupt. Now I've defaulted on payments for 20 months and no idea how to get out of this situation. So much for "money back guarantee".

GBHow do we join a class action lawsuit… How do we join a class action lawsuit against them? I have attempted several ways to communicate with no results. No phones, no emails, certified letters. I can't believe I was taken advantage of (as hundreds of others). We must fight back and at least get a refund. The people who work for them must not have a heart or care about human beings. HELP!! Please help!
