DO NOT BUY ANY TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY. They have the worst customer service. We bought tickets for Galway and due to the Covid and a change in the government restrictions we were forced to cancel the trip and ask for the refund. They take your money and don't care about what happens next. They don't refund money unless it is an extenuating cause. If government measures asking for staying at home is not an extenuating cause, I don't know what could it be. I asked for a complaint form and they just answered me to read the terms and conditions. NEVER AGAIN WITH THEM

GBRubbish Faild to deliver parcel as the driver said I refused delivey! Customer services stated he must have tried to deliver to wrong address, so would get depot to get him to return. Guess what no delivery! Next morning tracking states after several failed delivery attempts returned to depot. Again wasted more time wating to speak to customer services, only to be told they could not contact depot? Still awaiting return call. I think the service is very poor, and they have the thought that the customer is always wrong, act as if you are making it all up. Wish suppliers would not use them, not the first time this has happened.

GBTerrible in every way Paid for next day delivery, waited on all day for courier to collect the parcel and no one turned up... So I rang customer services only to be on hold for 40 minutes before giving up. I have since emailed them to complain, but they haven't responded... Terrible and so frustrating, I have had to book another company to deliver the parcel and it will now be late... Here's hoping I can actually getvto talk to someone so they can refund me... Oh, and it cost me 5p per minute to call them... Ahhhhhhh

GBOpen the door and throw it in!!! Earlier today I checked to see if my parcel had been delivered using the Citylink tracking. It seemed it had been delivered and I had signed for it which was clever of me as I am 12 miles away from home, at work. I reported this to Citylink customer services who, to be fair, where prompt and pleasant who said they would investigate and get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to my partner who told me that someone had been from Citylink however rather than knocking and politely waiting for an answer they took it upon themselves to knock once, OPEN THE DOOR, and throw the parcel into the hallway! So not only has the driver done this he has also obvioulsy anf fraudulently signed for the parcel on my behalf. This is simply unacceptable. If someone had seen his actions they could have quite easily followed him through the door and stolen the parcel. Having returned to the house as he was sent back by the depot he then said to my partner " knew someone was in as I heard the dog bark". No excuse in my opinion. If this is the case he should make sure he puts it in someones hand as a dog could destroy a parcel in seconds (not my dog but he isn't to know that). Given the time of year I would expect a parcel carrier to treat every parcel, as this was, as a present (or numerous in this case). This is obviously not the ethos at Citylink. Throw it in and forge a signature would be more fitting! I will of course be giving John Lewis my feedback as I would expect better service when delivering for such a prestigious brand.
