MSc cruse web update I have spent most of the day trying to update my details for our up and cumins cruise but the web site keeps crashing Why can’t you Make it easy to log on to you web update I think your web site needs updating details is very obscure for elderly people Please look at it again and make it easier

Very poor customer service staff are r… Very poor customer service staff are rude and arrogant. My whole experience was very bad from start to end it felt like I'm in a jungle not on a cruise ship. over crowded no places to sit people reserving sunloungers from early morning without using them so you can't use the facilities because it was very Crowded horrible food too. Pay a bit more and look elsewhere

What went wrong What went wrong? Macia at the shopping event desk! She lacks training in public relations! The general staff is excellent however one bad apple can surely spoil everything! Training for Macia is necessary because being abrupt and discourteous can put a bad reputation on any business! My daughter and I waited in line to ask a question where your untrained worker slammed the information brochure hard on the desk with a cold abrupt “any thing else?” She proceeded to give further explanation after she saw the distaste but by then her attitude was already the elephant in the room! Please help her with courtesy and professionalism if she must deal with the public - this incident happened on 4/16 @ 6:54 approximately.

My 4th great MSC cruise, amazing value I have just returned home after my 4th cruise to interesting ports with MSC Cruises. As always, the cabin and ship generally were clean with excellent facilities, the service very good by staff who were always polite and friendly, the wide range of food was very tasty, (I ate plenty of it!), many areas of the ship had a choice of live musicians, and the theatrical entertainment which changed every night (including singers, dancers, jugglers, acrobats and on a previous cruise the whole of the opera Madame Butterfly, all in changes of very attractive costumes with stunning backgrounds) was excellent. The value was amazing, and I have recommended MSC to a number of friends, and very much look forward to the next cruise.

Never again, even if they pay me As you can see from their non-answers, MSC clearly don't care about their customers. This is clear once you step in one of their old, dirty, overcrowded ships, but also when you wait in line for about 90 minutes check in. Long queue at the buffet and not enough food or places to seat. Mediocre food. Poor entertainment for adults and children. Unable to manage rude and noisy passengers. Unable to help you in any little request. You and your family will feel helpless and trapped. From day 2 I tried, without luck, to find flights and disembark early.
