IEMSC World Europa MSC World Europa, first time on a cruise. Read the reviews and was shocked at such bad reviews. The world europa the staff are so friendly, efficient and approachable, the food catered for all tastes, cabins lovely and clean, housekeeping on top of everything. The only downside are the passengers, can’t get over the rudeness and ignorance of the majority of them. Excursions excellent value for money, entertainment also very good.

GBMSC Orchestra MSC Orchestra It was my first time and it was the best experience I ever had. First of all, I want to thank all the MSC staff, starting from the cleaning services. Our room was always spotless. The kitchen chefs: For the quality and the mindblowing variety of food available every single day, from breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters: For their amazing skill of waitering, friendliness and patience. The Actors, performers, entertainers, tour guides, Director: For all the unforgettable shows, dancing classes, laughter, happiness and comfort. The Captain: For our amazingly steady and safe journey. I have great respect for every MSC staff for the number of hours that they work. The patience they have for the rude clients and their hard work. Thank you so much for making my experience so special and unforgettable. I'm extremely grateful for the experience that I had. Wishing everyone all the best Great big hug

GBNever again, even if they pay me As you can see from their non-answers, MSC clearly don't care about their customers. This is clear once you step in one of their old, dirty, overcrowded ships, but also when you wait in line for about 90 minutes check in. Long queue at the buffet and not enough food or places to seat. Mediocre food. Poor entertainment for adults and children. Unable to manage rude and noisy passengers. Unable to help you in any little request. You and your family will feel helpless and trapped. From day 2 I tried, without luck, to find flights and disembark early.

CAMSC Cruise Line is Terrible Apart from the super-friendly and efficient staff, nothing remotely positive to say about MSC. Just finished [disembarked at Quebec City April 2,2024] segments of the MSC Poesia 2024 "Around the World" cruise [embarked at Genoa Italy Jan 5, 2024]. Changes in itinerary [beyond control of cruise line] were not compensated similar to other cruise lines [which afforded [opportunity to cancel, cash compensation, opportunity for passengers to select alternative itinerary/ports etc etc], Plus why sail through arctic waters without indoor pools/whirlpools? Little, if any, advance notice as to other last minute itinerary changes lacking valid reasons for change. Result: Too many additional days at sea. Plus "replacement ports" were mostly inferior to those ports within original itinerary. Avoid this Cruise line if at all possible!

ILBetter to pay more for a better criuse line not MSC The water tastes terrible. the cake is really boring. The food is mostly the same throughout the cruise. There is a hotel service charge that if you are not experienced you don't know about it and when you get home you find it on your Credit card.
