GBThe worst and rudest customer service… The worst and rudest customer service ever. I called them several times in two weeks to cancel my ticket. The first time they told me the ticket should cancel through the airline, after contacting the airline, they told me I bought a ticket from this agency and this branch of GTT is responsible for canceling my ticket. Each time I called them, they gave me a new phone number as a number that is responsible for canceling my ticket (during two weeks they gave me more than 15 phone numbers and the interesting thing is that none of them were repeated and answered). When I asked for the reason they shouted at me 🤐 The funniest part is that I called the GTT office in the Seattle and they help me to cancel my ticket less than 15 minutes.

MXI have been trying to speak with an… I have been trying to speak with an agent for 18 days to change my flight, The average time I wait is over 2hours then I hang up frustrated, this is bad business! I am trying to change 4 flights and I have emailed, called and tomorrow driving 2 hours to go to there office in San Jose to get this done! Customer Service is horrible! Book with anyone else! San Jose office closed due to covid! Tomorrow going to SFO and trying in person to change my flights! Do not use Iberia airlines! No communication at all! Booked they Cheap tickets with buys them from GTT

CALying con artists I called them thinking they were Singapore airlines and they said they were then when I got the ticket it said it was $78 to tansfer my tickets but the fees and services were $1350 CAD and when I queried them about it they threatened to cancel my ticket and charge me fees. Delt with Shaun, Absolutely disgusting. I hope their kids get hit by a bus.

GBBEST WEBSITE AND CONSOLIDATOR FOR TRAVEL AGENCY I have been with GTT since 2013. When I was first frustrated with starting my business, Tien in San Diego office has helped me from scratch, and have been very supportive since then. She always tries to think for sub-agent, and constantly asks for anything we might need to increase our sales. Also, all staffs in San Diego office are very helpful, supportive. For the website, they constantly update and try to add new products so we can sell more, and you can even sell insurances for extra comm! Also, they have 24 hours support even on weekends, and off hours so if you are workaholic, this is a place.
