AE- We were referred from the SkyScanner⦠- We were referred from the SkyScanner portal, however we cancelled our booking from the UK to Morocco through their website because: 1) They ask too many questions on their booking forms, which no airline would ask. 2) Sudan is not on their nationality list (why are you asking then?) 3) The unsubscribe option in your email newsletters does not work.

INreally poor the company cones people really poor the company cones people - never use, they sold me train ticket with trip guarantee and the ticket did not got confirm so i went in Make my trip to buy flight ticket which i had to pay the double as it was travelling last minute and could not use the insurance they given for the train ticket. complete scam they now refusing the refund that 3000 RS. for such a small amount they are playing tricks stay away their are lot of better option to book tickets use those

AEVery worst team ever Very worst team ever, no proper customer support no idea about services what they having. 1 email reply for all the queries no more responds after it. I lost money for family tickets during dubai flood issue time. Very disappointed, am looking for zero star unfortunately it was not der. I thought its only my issue, after seeing the review i realized its fraud team.

AEMake my trip steals money I would like to specifically mention 3 horrible customer service agents, make my trip is truly dissapointing and esentially steal money from people by giving you reward points youre stuck with and charging your card for those points. In particular supervisor Mr Tanmay has easily been the most rude person to speak to and acknowledges their mistake and does nothing for it. Along with taking over 24 hours just to follow up.
