ONE GENTLEMAN VIVEK WORKING ON THE ISSUE AND ASSURED FOR REFUND . NO REFUND ISSUED TILL DATE NOR ANY COMMUNICATION TO ME. DONT BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF MMT IS IN DECLINING MODE

AESingapore trip refund Had booked my Singapore tickets using Make my trip. vistara airlines PNR number- VZPRDV. But due to a medical emergency had to cancel the trip. We called the airlines and cancelled the tickets directly after submitting the medical report from the hospital. Vistara canceled the tickets promptly and asked us to get in touch with make my trip to get the refund. I have been chasing make my trip since that day and all they keep on telling me is Vistara has not refunded them which I do not believe is the case. Inspite of going through a medical emergency in the family, make my trip is really increasing my trouble. Stay away from such companies who spend millions on advertisements but fail to deliver. Their customer service Representative Sayan is the worst to deal with.

INHorrible System They didn't even refund me the taxes from my cancelled flight. They may say cheap tickets but they have a lot of hidden policies and agendas to take money from the customer. Please do better MMT.

AEThis company is a scam This company is a scam, they put their own numbers on flight booking even when you have given them your own number, thus the airline not allowing you to board. 5hey don't attend to your complains nor assist you in anyway. I don't recommend them to anyone.
