GBTerrible e-visa system lead me to lose… Terrible e-visa system lead me to lose my flight. Calls to London office yielded nothing, in the end I lost funds for my airline ticket. I should have been at Mombasa enjoying my holiday now. Ridiculous..Thankfully, Morocco does not ask for visa from British people, so I am instead heading there tomorrow!!

GBWe did not need to buy this service The service took 3 days regardless of how much I paid for 1-day turnaround. As it turns out Kenya has on-site visas for less than $60 US. The international agent laughed at me for buying these visas. The information was listed in his computer, so the application was complete; but I did not know it was complete until I was at the border.

GBKHC don't answer phone calls, emails and letters. My experience is long. I will include a link to my bad experience below. Please see my complaint on Youtube at Qande Channel. The title is "Lost in Communication: Our frustration with the Kenya High Commission London" .

GBVery happy After reading the reviews, I had little hope in the system but my experience was not too bad. The actual process of applying for the visa is quite difficult. It took me ages to try and get the pictures I needed to send small enough for the system to accept it and the whole process of applying took about an hour. However, I sent it in the afternoon and was approved the next morning. I was due to fly the next day so perhaps that was the reason they approved it so quickly.

GBKenya eEvisa: From 3rd world to 4th world No confirmation mails of received application. 5 days later still not debited my account, don’t know if payment even went actually through. Can’t contact anyone to find out. Ridiculous questions (eg, Parents names and status) yep…Dad, dead. Well that was a help! You are the Fawlty Towers of immigration departments. In comparison: New Zealand- done in 48 hours.
