Have been sending mails and my travel date is 12th of Sep 2017 but still havent received a single reply.

They will take your membership money first and tell you to buy their overpriced knockoffs after that and then will want you to submit 2 forms of identification and then they'll decide to give u a $1200.00 credit line which will only report to one credit bureau a few months later.
