have booked tickets through Simplio … have booked tickets through Simplio from Mumbai to Johannesburg and back. Tickets Numbers being 1571056873137/38. However, i want to cancel the tickets but am unable to do so as you cannot log on to there website nor they respond to e-mail . Scam company! Their website mimics the DVLA website and I thought I was ordering a replacement drivers licence. They charged me £20 which they said was for my new license and have now taken £89 from me four days later, which I never agreed to! They are a scam company and I am currently contacting my bank to arrange a charge back.

i had booked a return ticket from Juba … i had booked a return ticket from Juba to Cairo (ITINERARY #100088125 30 MAR, 2017), however I am not able to check my ticket on the Ethiopian Airlines website also there is no PNR number given in the eticket. The website of Simplio is not working also, no option to check booked ticket.

Fraudulent Company Hi Simplio Team, Neither your site is working nor your support team is replying. This is with respect to my order #100088110 and I have been chasing them to receive my PNR but there is no response from Simplio. Have been sending mails and my travel date is 12th of Sep 2017 but still havent received a single reply.
