GBSCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I was scammed but the bank declined their attempt to take the £89 from my account. If you have just ordered a new driving licence and you get a text message saying "Thank you for choosing our company", immediately contact your bank to prevent this scam organisation from attempting to remove money from your account. Be VERY CAREFUL INDEED when applying and check every page of the application has the same GOV.UK tag. Better still, use the paper form that DVLA sends.

INFRAUDULENT COMPANY-STAY AWAY! On 19th May, 2017 an email was sent to Simplio informing them that due to some error from their side our card was charged despite having received an email from Simplio that the booking was cancelled. After much to and fro, Simplio agreed to refund the amount to us in 12th June, 2017. This is the 23rd of November and nothing has been refunded despite following up numerous times. Even Skyscanner, through whom I made this mistake of a lifetime, has given up contacting them on this matter. Utterly shameless company and management. These guys need to be sued collectively and all refunds must be paid with interest. Simplio, FYI, here's the reservation no: 100090037.

Simplio customercare has responded but didn't close my request! How can you not provide access to your website for not managing to change the tickets directly online. When you have given access to book the tickets online directly from your website you should also provide access to change tickets. Your website doesn't even login with my user id! NLi had booked a return ticket from Juba … i had booked a return ticket from Juba to Cairo (ITINERARY #100088125 30 MAR, 2017), however I am not able to check my ticket on the Ethiopian Airlines website also there is no PNR number given in the eticket. The website of Simplio is not working also, no option to check booked ticket.

INPNR Y2DBSG A refund request is pending from Dec 2016 without any resolution. A time bound resolution of the issues adds value to any company. The reference PNR is Y2DBSG SIMPLIO has not refunded any eligible amount so far and the company SIMLIO is inaccessible for any matters of dispute and clarification. Thank God we have Trustpilot. Through Transpilot I am requesting once again to refund the eligible amount without further delay.
