Scam company! Their website mimics the DVLA website and I thought I was ordering a replacement drivers licence. They charged me £20 which they said was for my new license and have now taken £89 from me four days later, which I never agreed to! They are a scam company and I am currently contacting my bank to arrange a charge back.

Absolute con men . Avoid at all costs What a rip off these are, took £89 out of my account, said I had signed up to them, total rubbish and lies . I've never heard of them and definitely have no use for them. Avoid avoid avoid. I'm reporting this company.

No Refund for the ITINERARY #100085717 - Ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour from Simplio Hello Simplio Support, ITINERARY #100085717 Your company is showing unprofessional behaviour as I have emailed you 50 times regarding my refund request but there is no response from your team. If this is the kind of support provided by your team I will definitely post the email conversation on all social media including FaceBook, Twitter and LinkedIn. I request you to clear my refund at the earliest to avoid further consequences on your team.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I was scammed but the bank declined their attempt to take the £89 from my account. If you have just ordered a new driving licence and you get a text message saying "Thank you for choosing our company", immediately contact your bank to prevent this scam organisation from attempting to remove money from your account. Be VERY CAREFUL INDEED when applying and check every page of the application has the same GOV.UK tag. Better still, use the paper form that DVLA sends.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY-STAY AWAY! On 19th May, 2017 an email was sent to Simplio informing them that due to some error from their side our card was charged despite having received an email from Simplio that the booking was cancelled. After much to and fro, Simplio agreed to refund the amount to us in 12th June, 2017. This is the 23rd of November and nothing has been refunded despite following up numerous times. Even Skyscanner, through whom I made this mistake of a lifetime, has given up contacting them on this matter. Utterly shameless company and management. These guys need to be sued collectively and all refunds must be paid with interest. Simplio, FYI, here's the reservation no: 100090037.
