NLi had booked a return ticket from Juba … i had booked a return ticket from Juba to Cairo (ITINERARY #100088125 30 MAR, 2017), however I am not able to check my ticket on the Ethiopian Airlines website also there is no PNR number given in the eticket. The website of Simplio is not working also, no option to check booked ticket.

QASimplio is poor customer management Really disgusting with this company. I booked the ticket for my family from Doha to India for Etihad flight throgh Skyscanner app by SIMPLIO INTERNATIONAL. The booking was confirmed. But due to Middle East strike my airline was suspended and applied for cancellation. Now almost approaching 20 days I did not receive any refund. Last 4 days ago they told me that there was a refund from the Airline, but they are not giving me a deadline for the refund money. From here I will onwards i don't recommend anyone. 1- no website 2-no telephone contact 3- only one email and no correct reply. Last time they told me when I post a review the customer support will contact me, but it's really no one contacted me. So overall don't book your ticket with this company you will loose your money if you have any cancellation for the tickets.

GBClean, Fast, Easy to Use! I found Simplio.com when looking around for options to fly to Puerto Vallarta and have since used it to book for the third time. The site is cleaner and easier to use than many and booking is simple. Prices were offered competitively as advertised. Tickets are sent almost immediately after booking. If you are hesitating, give it a shot, this website is trustworthy.

Simplio customercare has responded but didn't close my request! How can you not provide access to your website for not managing to change the tickets directly online. When you have given access to book the tickets online directly from your website you should also provide access to change tickets. Your website doesn't even login with my user id!
