Fraudulent Company Hi Simplio Team, Neither your site is working nor your support team is replying. This is with respect to my order #100088110 and I have been chasing them to receive my PNR but there is no response from Simplio. Have been sending mails and my travel date is 12th of Sep 2017 but still havent received a single reply.

Not provided E-ticket - Order No:100085795 My order No:100085795. I have not received my e-ticket and It is showing status as "Processing" on my simplio account. Waiting period mentioned 24 hrs. Now more than 24 hrs happened, Still I didn't received E-ticket. I sent mail on Customer support of Simplio account, No reply to that mail also. Please sent me E-ticket on urgent basis.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Turn your NFC function off in your Google wallet or applepay..... this is how they obtained my details fraudulently. I have had £89 go out of my bank for a service I have never signed up for. They keep saying I did when reality is I was in London at the tower of London going round the armour room..... Saying because I didn't reply to a spam text....I signed up.... don't think so. Raised a dispute with my bank and will be reporting company for fraudulent activity

FRAUDULENT COMPANY-STAY AWAY! On 19th May, 2017 an email was sent to Simplio informing them that due to some error from their side our card was charged despite having received an email from Simplio that the booking was cancelled. After much to and fro, Simplio agreed to refund the amount to us in 12th June, 2017. This is the 23rd of November and nothing has been refunded despite following up numerous times. Even Skyscanner, through whom I made this mistake of a lifetime, has given up contacting them on this matter. Utterly shameless company and management. These guys need to be sued collectively and all refunds must be paid with interest. Simplio, FYI, here's the reservation no: 100090037.

No Refund for the ITINERARY #100085717 - Ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour from Simplio Hello Simplio Support, ITINERARY #100085717 Your company is showing unprofessional behaviour as I have emailed you 50 times regarding my refund request but there is no response from your team. If this is the kind of support provided by your team I will definitely post the email conversation on all social media including FaceBook, Twitter and LinkedIn. I request you to clear my refund at the earliest to avoid further consequences on your team.
