have booked tickets through Simplio … have booked tickets through Simplio from Mumbai to Johannesburg and back. Tickets Numbers being 1571056873137/38. However, i want to cancel the tickets but am unable to do so as you cannot log on to there website nor they respond to e-mail . FRAUDULENT COMPANY-STAY AWAY! On 19th May, 2017 an email was sent to Simplio informing them that due to some error from their side our card was charged despite having received an email from Simplio that the booking was cancelled. After much to and fro, Simplio agreed to refund the amount to us in 12th June, 2017. This is the 23rd of November and nothing has been refunded despite following up numerous times. Even Skyscanner, through whom I made this mistake of a lifetime, has given up contacting them on this matter. Utterly shameless company and management. These guys need to be sued collectively and all refunds must be paid with interest. Simplio, FYI, here's the reservation no: 100090037.

i had booked a return ticket from Juba … i had booked a return ticket from Juba to Cairo (ITINERARY #100088125 30 MAR, 2017), however I am not able to check my ticket on the Ethiopian Airlines website also there is no PNR number given in the eticket. The website of Simplio is not working also, no option to check booked ticket.
