FRAUDULENT COMPANY-STAY AWAY! On 19th May, 2017 an email was sent to Simplio informing them that due to some error from their side our card was charged despite having received an email from Simplio that the booking was cancelled. After much to and fro, Simplio agreed to refund the amount to us in 12th June, 2017. This is the 23rd of November and nothing has been refunded despite following up numerous times. Even Skyscanner, through whom I made this mistake of a lifetime, has given up contacting them on this matter. Utterly shameless company and management. Scam company! Their website mimics the DVLA website and I thought I was ordering a replacement drivers licence. They charged me £20 which they said was for my new license and have now taken £89 from me four days later, which I never agreed to! They are a scam company and I am currently contacting my bank to arrange a charge back.

Absolute con men . Avoid at all costs What a rip off these are, took £89 out of my account, said I had signed up to them, total rubbish and lies . I've never heard of them and definitely have no use for them. Avoid avoid avoid. I'm reporting this company.
