If you have just ordered a new driving licence and you get a text message saying "Thank you for choosing our company", immediately contact your bank to prevent this scam organisation from attempting to remove money from your account. Be VERY CAREFUL INDEED when applying and check every page of the application has the same GOV.UK tag. Better still, use the paper form that DVLA sends.

have booked tickets through Simplio … have booked tickets through Simplio from Mumbai to Johannesburg and back. Tickets Numbers being 1571056873137/38. However, i want to cancel the tickets but am unable to do so as you cannot log on to there website nor they respond to e-mail . Also, no contact number has been provided by Simplio and have failed to respond inspite of repeated reminders. My contact number is +2439751220126.

Simplio is poor customer management Really disgusting with this company. I booked the ticket for my family from Doha to India for Etihad flight throgh Skyscanner app by SIMPLIO INTERNATIONAL. The booking was confirmed. But due to Middle East strike my airline was suspended and applied for cancellation. Now almost approaching 20 days I did not receive any refund. Last 4 days ago they told me that there was a refund from the Airline, but they are not giving me a deadline for the refund money. From here I will onwards i don't recommend anyone. 1- no website 2-no telephone contact 3- only one email and no correct reply. Last time they told me when I post a review the customer support will contact me, but it's really no one contacted me. So overall don't book your ticket with this company you will loose your money if you have any cancellation for the tickets.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY-STAY AWAY! On 19th May, 2017 an email was sent to Simplio informing them that due to some error from their side our card was charged despite having received an email from Simplio that the booking was cancelled. After much to and fro, Simplio agreed to refund the amount to us in 12th June, 2017. This is the 23rd of November and nothing has been refunded despite following up numerous times. Even Skyscanner, through whom I made this mistake of a lifetime, has given up contacting them on this matter. Utterly shameless company and management. I have had £89 go out of my bank for a service I have never signed up for. They keep saying I did when reality is I was in London at the tower of London going round the armour room..... Saying because I didn't reply to a spam text....I signed up.... don't think so. Raised a dispute with my bank and will be reporting company for fraudulent activity
