Simplio customercare has responded but didn't close my request! How can you not provide access to your website for not managing to change the tickets directly online. When you have given access to book the tickets online directly from your website you should also provide access to change tickets. Your website doesn't even login with my user id! ZAhave booked tickets through Simplio … have booked tickets through Simplio from Mumbai to Johannesburg and back. Tickets Numbers being 1571056873137/38. However, i want to cancel the tickets but am unable to do so as you cannot log on to there website nor they respond to e-mail . Also, no contact number has been provided by Simplio and have failed to respond inspite of repeated reminders. My contact number is +2439751220126.

GBAvoid! Avoid! They will take your membership money first and tell you to buy their overpriced knockoffs after that and then will want you to submit 2 forms of identification and then they'll decide to give u a $1200.00 credit line which will only report to one credit bureau a few months later. Simplio is owned by a crooked Russian too!

GBScam company! Their website mimics the DVLA website and I thought I was ordering a replacement drivers licence. They charged me £20 which they said was for my new license and have now taken £89 from me four days later, which I never agreed to! They are a scam company and I am currently contacting my bank to arrange a charge back.
