Please I need help to recover over… Please I need help to recover over 3100usdt! These people keep asking for more higher vacation deals crap which has left me broke & my money tied up with Orbitz & now they asking for another 2314usdt before I can complete nine more bookings! No guarantees more high vacation deals won’t arise.. Thus leaving us more in debt & creating mental & physical illness from all the worrying!! Good and bad I have used Orbitz for several trips, business and personal. They are good and bad but I will no longer book through them. They helped me change my flights when traveling in Canada recently and that was huge, but most recently I was a week out from a single-night reservation and they charged $25 to push it a month. My issue is that I have plenty of rewards to cover that cost but they wouldn't let me use them. The reward program was one of the reasons I started using them and after finding out you don't get rewards for car rentals and hotel rentals don't get rewards with hotel programs when booked through Orbitz. Using the rewards is bad as well, they typically charge double on all rooms when used. It just isn't worth it. I gave them two stars because I was able to change the reservation and didn't have to abandon it. Plus they did help out in Canada, but it took a long chat with a moron that ended up with a call to the 800 number to get straight.

Orbitz failed to stand behind the reservation cost it quoted Orbitz made a car rental reservation for me, and included how much additional I would have to pay upon pickup. When the car rental company charged me more than that and I reported it to Orbitz, they threw up their hands and said I had to deal with the car rental company. This begs the question why deal with Orbitz in the first place.

Misleading American Dollars Its not obvious that everything is in American dollars so what you think might be cheap is not actually cheap..i recommend going to TripAdvisor or Wotif these guys are yanks

Jetblue flight was cancelled while we… Jetblue flight was cancelled while we were on our first flight. It happens, made it home via greyhound. Trying to get our refund a month later has been an absolute headache. Hours between Orbitz chat and phone, they wouldn't refund directly so reach out to Turkish Airlines and Jetblue, and they keep saying to contact the other (reservations all under Turkish Airlines, Jetblue operated second plane). Orbitz support is all Indian. They won't listen to anything you say but go through their 'process' will never work with them again. They should be helpful instead of an obstacle.
