GBPlease do not buy any insurance from… Please do not buy any insurance from this company. Bought insurance for a flight in May. Plans changed. They said they couldn't change my flight because the airlines deals with it. Go there and they are charging me full price for a flight because I don't have insurance with them. Go to Orbitz and they tell me they can't do anything or even give me refund. They are knowingly robbing you for that insurance knowing damn well they can't do anything for you.

NZThe site is misleading. The site is misleading. It doesn't show you it's in USD dollars until you fully click into the ad.🤦♀️ normally sites will show you the currency of your country when booking. First and last time 👎

GBDon't book!! Was trying to book my husband's and I 40/50 birthday trip to Vegas and they charged my card for a hotel/flight package and I didn't get an itinerary number. So no I have to wait for the charges on my account to drop to rebook. Customer service was no help and now we are prolly gonna have to pay more! Frustrating and disappointing!

GBAgents either don't know, or don't want to implement airline restrictions/policies properly. We had to three-way call in an airline representative to explain to the Orbitz agent that we were allowed to make changes and that there were flights available to book the changes. Only then were we able to actually get our flight rebooked. Seriously. Book directly with the airline. It costs less. You will see more flight options. The features and restrictions of the tickets will be more transparent. Finally, in my experience the airlines are more helpful when you need assistance. And *that's* a pretty low bar that Orbitz fails to clear. I've been an Orbitz user since late 2001. I'm out.
