I absolutely HATE orbitz I absolutely HATE orbitz. I purchased flight tickets, but cancelled them for a refund. The website stated the incorrect date, causing me to miss the actual expiration date. When they fixed the problem, they still didn't let me book new flights with the refund eCredit. I followed all the guidelines. Orbitz say that I must contact Delta about my issues, Delta says it's up to Orbitz to handle my issue. Customer service takes forever to do minor tasks. Please, please do not support Orbitz unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Trying to get our refund a month later has been an absolute headache. Hours between Orbitz chat and phone, they wouldn't refund directly so reach out to Turkish Airlines and Jetblue, and they keep saying to contact the other (reservations all under Turkish Airlines, Jetblue operated second plane). Orbitz support is all Indian. They won't listen to anything you say but go through their 'process' will never work with them again. They should be helpful instead of an obstacle.

After we booked we went to the airline site to book our seats and we were told we had post extra and no carry on. Orbitz refused to assist us and the confirmation email they sent did not include these upgraded choices although we paid the extra fees.

Car rental vehicle didn't exist I ordered a car rental, I arrived at the location and they told me there was no cars available. The minimum expectation when ordering a car rental is that the rental company have the vehicle available. If nothing is available, I expect to be contacted about this problem before I travel to pickup the nonexistent vehicle. When I contacted Orbitz they could only offer to cancel. Better to book direct.

These people keep asking for more higher vacation deals crap which has left me broke & my money tied up with Orbitz & now they asking for another 2314usdt before I can complete nine more bookings! No guarantees more high vacation deals won’t arise.. Thus leaving us more in debt & creating mental & physical illness from all the worrying!! Please if anyone can help, please contact me immediately.
