GBWe booked a trip and upgraded our We booked a trip and upgraded our flights to include seat choice, refundable and carry on. After we booked we went to the airline site to book our seats and we were told we had post extra and no carry on. Orbitz refused to assist us and the confirmation email they sent did not include these upgraded choices although we paid the extra fees.

GBDon't book!! Was trying to book my husband's and I 40/50 birthday trip to Vegas and they charged my card for a hotel/flight package and I didn't get an itinerary number. So no I have to wait for the charges on my account to drop to rebook. Customer service was no help and now we are prolly gonna have to pay more! Frustrating and disappointing!

ILDont book low-cost airlines through Orbitz!!!! Not free or easy 24 hr cancellation When booking my easyjet ticket site states bold and clear - "Free cancellation within 24 hours". No asterisk or caveat for low cost airlines. In the fine print when finalizing payment, it states that if an airline charges a cancellation fee it is passed to the customer. You canNOT cancel easyjet directly with Orbitz, must call easyjet - and then esayjet charges a $75 cancellation fee (even within the 24 hours). The charge shows up from easyjet, not Orbitz so you cant dispute with the credit card company.

AUPlease I need help to recover over… Please I need help to recover over 3100usdt! These people keep asking for more higher vacation deals crap which has left me broke & my money tied up with Orbitz & now they asking for another 2314usdt before I can complete nine more bookings! No guarantees more high vacation deals won’t arise.. Thus leaving us more in debt & creating mental & physical illness from all the worrying!! Please if anyone can help, please contact me immediately.

GBFrustrated with Orbitz Customer Service Rented a Eurocar in Italy thru Orbitz in June 2023. My credit card was overcharged $75.00 from original booking confirmation from Orbitz. Spent over an hour talking to Orbitz customer service agent located in Egypt tryiing to get an explanation and a refund. The agent finally told me he could not help me with the overcharge problem and I would have to call the rental company. No longer will rent thru a third party.
