Car rental vehicle didn't exist I ordered a car rental, I arrived at the location and they told me there was no cars available. The minimum expectation when ordering a car rental is that the rental company have the vehicle available. If nothing is available, I expect to be contacted about this problem before I travel to pickup the nonexistent vehicle. When I contacted Orbitz they could only offer to cancel. Better to book direct.

Please I need help to recover over… Please I need help to recover over 3100usdt! These people keep asking for more higher vacation deals crap which has left me broke & my money tied up with Orbitz & now they asking for another 2314usdt before I can complete nine more bookings! No guarantees more high vacation deals won’t arise.. Thus leaving us more in debt & creating mental & physical illness from all the worrying!! I booked a hotel I booked a hotel. When I arrived I noticed I booked wrong location. Called Orbitz. To ask about transferring to a different location. When they told me not possible. I was going to just go to where I had booked the original hotel. The hotel said Orbitz canceled the reservation and Orbitz denied it. And won't give me a refund???

Stay away from orbitz and expedia..worst service ever Never had so many problems flying in my life.. And the worst time.. Celebrating my wife's birthday. We bought an all inclusive package to cancun and day before going back they changed our flight so we ended up loosing a whole day and missing our plans for last day... Then we were allowed to bring carry on bags and when they changed the flight we had to pay for our carry on wich is ridiculous.. I would not recommend anyone buying with expedia or orbitz... Worst service ever.. By the way gave them 1 star because there was no ZERO starts option...

Misleading American Dollars Its not obvious that everything is in American dollars so what you think might be cheap is not actually cheap..i recommend going to TripAdvisor or Wotif these guys are yanks
