Quote is in USD (but not shown on screen, only in fine print in receipt of purchase) so when paying in AUD the quote is effectively irrelevant. Then charged a third party booking fee that was not quoted or even mentioned throughout the booking process. Avoid at all costs.

These people keep asking for more higher vacation deals crap which has left me broke & my money tied up with Orbitz & now they asking for another 2314usdt before I can complete nine more bookings! No guarantees more high vacation deals won’t arise.. Thus leaving us more in debt & creating mental & physical illness from all the worrying!! I booked a hotel I booked a hotel. When I arrived I noticed I booked wrong location. Called Orbitz. To ask about transferring to a different location. When they told me not possible. I was going to just go to where I had booked the original hotel. The hotel said Orbitz canceled the reservation and Orbitz denied it. And won't give me a refund???

After we booked we went to the airline site to book our seats and we were told we had post extra and no carry on. Orbitz refused to assist us and the confirmation email they sent did not include these upgraded choices although we paid the extra fees.

Frustrated with Orbitz Customer Service Rented a Eurocar in Italy thru Orbitz in June 2023. My credit card was overcharged $75.00 from original booking confirmation from Orbitz. Spent over an hour talking to Orbitz customer service agent located in Egypt tryiing to get an explanation and a refund. The agent finally told me he could not help me with the overcharge problem and I would have to call the rental company. No longer will rent thru a third party.
