About Spirit Airlines

Since when did air travel become so expensive? At Spirit Airlines, our motto is Less Money. More Go. We believe that when you spend less, you ultimately get More Go. Whether that means more adventure in new places, further trips to far-away destinations, or maybe visiting the ones you love more often, we champion those fliers who see travel as the ultimate goal. We strive to keep airfare fair by allowing our fliers to pick à la carte extras like bags, seat assignments, and refreshments, while others bake them into their ticket prices. Our Fit Fleet™ is also one of the youngest in the industry, allowing us to charge less for fuel while taking you further. So what are you waiting for? Kick off your next trip and save with us at www.spirit.com.

This Airline will never let you change… This Airline will never let you change your flight with reasonable price ever you will pay more than you imagin. And they don't care what their service going to look like. I really hope the reason why they tickets non refundable and hight prices for changing or editing flight so high. The profits those money they will throw on the security and safety checking every parts and updated security Airline programs.

Cancelled seats on a flight that we… Cancelled seats on a flight that we booked weeks ago. No communication, no compensation, just a cancelled trip less that 24 hours. I have been on with customer service for 4+ hours and have not talked to a human.

Spirit Airlines Flight Attendant's Discrimination Ruined My Trip I experienced shocking discrimination and abysmal customer service on a recent Spirit Airlines flight (FLL-ORD, March 26th, delayed past 1am on March 27th). A flight attendant – a middle-aged white male, average height, with blond hair with ponytail up – targeted me despite my having paid extra for an exit row seat. He claimed my English wasn't "fluent enough" for safety (it absolutely is!) and rudely forced me to switch with a native speaker. I was given no reasonable explanation. When I asked for his name and badge number, he defiantly removed his badge. I felt humiliated and believe his actions had racial undertones. This ruined my trip – I missed an important meeting due to the delay and lack of sleep. Spirit Airlines, THIS IS WRONG. Address this flight attendant's behavior and fix your horrendous customer service!

I wouldn't even recommend it to my… I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemies,I had three check in luggage and one luggage was 53lb. I had to pay $125 if I was going to fly that day, you're allowed 40lb per luggage and I recently found out they don't do combined weight when my total weight was less than 113lb. Find another airlines that treats customers like people not $$$$

After multiple flight delays I was able… After multiple flight delays I was able to finally board and fly home. It didnt help we were stuck on the tarmac for 45 mins before we took off nor did we have an open gate to go to when we landed. We had to get of the plane and walk outside instead of using a normal gate. Not really sure whats up with spirit and I feel bad for the people that work there bc I was not the only one that was upset.
