GTAppallingly bad customer service Appallingly bad customer service. Curly haired girl at check out desk was unbelievably unhelpful, caused us to miss our flight costing us over £1,600 to book new ones. Avoid especially if flying from Guatemala City

GBThey won’t issue refunds I canceled my flight two months ago and they haven’t given me my refund. They also overbooked my other flight by 30 people so I showed up at 430am for a flight to the airport just to not get on the plane and stay at the airport until another airline could book me. NEVER USING SPIRIT AGAIN

GBAnother company that talks a big game… Another company that talks a big game but you get less they you even pay for (which is saying some). I have flown with them on and off over the years spanning both business and personal flights and they just continue to disappoint. Every interaction with them seems to be someone that either can't help you or they are just outright rude. They will outright lie to you and run you up on cost so you might as well just fly with the other airlines unless you are forced to fly with them and you don't need to take much if anything with you.

GBThis Airline will never let you change… This Airline will never let you change your flight with reasonable price ever you will pay more than you imagin. And they don't care what their service going to look like. I really hope the reason why they tickets non refundable and hight prices for changing or editing flight so high. The profits those money they will throw on the security and safety checking every parts and updated security Airline programs.

GBSpirit Airlines Flight Attendant's Discrimination Ruined My Trip I experienced shocking discrimination and abysmal customer service on a recent Spirit Airlines flight (FLL-ORD, March 26th, delayed past 1am on March 27th). A flight attendant – a middle-aged white male, average height, with blond hair with ponytail up – targeted me despite my having paid extra for an exit row seat. He claimed my English wasn't "fluent enough" for safety (it absolutely is!) and rudely forced me to switch with a native speaker. I was given no reasonable explanation. When I asked for his name and badge number, he defiantly removed his badge. I felt humiliated and believe his actions had racial undertones. This ruined my trip – I missed an important meeting due to the delay and lack of sleep. Spirit Airlines, THIS IS WRONG. Address this flight attendant's behavior and fix your horrendous customer service!
