GBCancelling a flight late at night, leaving customers with few options during spring break We were delayed five times and our flight eventually got cancelled. Rather than making an announcement to all passengers what the options would be, two agents were available to talk to one customer at the time, basically telling us that we can be stuck in Orlando for two days, or take the refund. None of it came with a sincere apology and people were left to their own devices at 11pm on a Wednesday night during spring break week where rebooking anything reasonably priced was out of the question. We ended up having to drive to Detroit (18 hours) and lost two days of vacation time. We will never fly with Spirit again. If we could enter 0/10, we would.

GBAfter multiple flight delays I was able… After multiple flight delays I was able to finally board and fly home. It didnt help we were stuck on the tarmac for 45 mins before we took off nor did we have an open gate to go to when we landed. We had to get of the plane and walk outside instead of using a normal gate. Not really sure whats up with spirit and I feel bad for the people that work there bc I was not the only one that was upset.

GBCancelled seats on a flight that we… Cancelled seats on a flight that we booked weeks ago. No communication, no compensation, just a cancelled trip less that 24 hours. I have been on with customer service for 4+ hours and have not talked to a human.

GBSpirit Airlines Flight Attendant's Discrimination Ruined My Trip I experienced shocking discrimination and abysmal customer service on a recent Spirit Airlines flight (FLL-ORD, March 26th, delayed past 1am on March 27th). A flight attendant – a middle-aged white male, average height, with blond hair with ponytail up – targeted me despite my having paid extra for an exit row seat. He claimed my English wasn't "fluent enough" for safety (it absolutely is!) and rudely forced me to switch with a native speaker. I was given no reasonable explanation. When I asked for his name and badge number, he defiantly removed his badge. I felt humiliated and believe his actions had racial undertones. This ruined my trip – I missed an important meeting due to the delay and lack of sleep. Spirit Airlines, THIS IS WRONG. Address this flight attendant's behavior and fix your horrendous customer service!
