Liars Super disappointed about my returning flight. You were very far away of being honest. You delayed a flight 8 hours. I needed to sleep on the airport floor even when i had all the night already paid at the hotel. But because of you, it was one of the uncomfortable night in long time. You said the biggest lie i've heard. Volcano Alert. I was hiring that lie and at the same time watching other airlines landing and taking off. It really was because you didn't sell enough tickets and you just desired to cancel the earliest one in that day to concentrate the passengers in the next one and even that, the next flight was almost empty. Shame on you. You already don exist for me any more. I will prefer to pay more in another airline.

The worst customer service The worst customer service. Mechanical issues at 8:55am delayed my trip an extra day and then again on my return flight (which left me in the airport in Orlando until 1am trying to find a way home)...but I was offered a $50 voucher for another flight. I've asked for a refund on a cancelled guest flight, but all they care about is offering a credit for a future flight (within 90 days to book). I refuse to fly this airline and hope others follow

This airline is a disgrace This airline is a disgrace. I only fly this pathetic airline because it is typically the only non-stop flight from Fort Lauderdale to Phoenix. Nearly every time, rain or shine, this horrible airline is late, and not just by a little. They should not be allowed to fly at all.

Another company that talks a big game… Another company that talks a big game but you get less they you even pay for (which is saying some). I have flown with them on and off over the years spanning both business and personal flights and they just continue to disappoint. Every interaction with them seems to be someone that either can't help you or they are just outright rude. They will outright lie to you and run you up on cost so you might as well just fly with the other airlines unless you are forced to fly with them and you don't need to take much if anything with you.

Somehow the website allowed me to… Somehow the website allowed me to DOUBLE book the EXACT same flight for the SAME person SAME time SAME day and they would not allow me to cancel without paying $150 fee, sending a photo of my id, and a photo of the card I paid the $150 with (mind you I'm a free spirit rewards card holder and this is how they treated me). This should be ILLEGAL. Shady practices. I'm absolutely disgusted and after this trip is over and I use up the small amount of points left on the card, I'm saying GOOD-BYE and good riddance to this company. Flying spirit SEEMS to be cheaper but all the extra nonsense they put you through, you pay with your time and sanity.
