GBSpirit Airlines Flight Attendant's Discrimination Ruined My Trip I experienced shocking discrimination and abysmal customer service on a recent Spirit Airlines flight (FLL-ORD, March 26th, delayed past 1am on March 27th). A flight attendant – a middle-aged white male, average height, with blond hair with ponytail up – targeted me despite my having paid extra for an exit row seat. He claimed my English wasn't "fluent enough" for safety (it absolutely is!) and rudely forced me to switch with a native speaker. I was given no reasonable explanation. When I asked for his name and badge number, he defiantly removed his badge. I felt humiliated and believe his actions had racial undertones. This ruined my trip – I missed an important meeting due to the delay and lack of sleep. Spirit Airlines, THIS IS WRONG. Address this flight attendant's behavior and fix your horrendous customer service!

CADo yourself a favor and stay away !!delayed ! Carry on costs more than the ticket !!! It sucks ! Do yourself a favor and stay away !!! Security could not recognize me because spirit had entered my info wrong and was not willing to correct it , it started off with extra security measures !!!!The flight was delayed because some vip person had entered Vegas and the Vegas airport had not let them fly for 1 hour and 30 minutes . Once we got to Vegas another vip person got there and they had to go in circles in the sky until they could land . They won’t even offer you a glass of water and my carry on stayed behind in the airport because they said they would charge 100$ and I had paid for carry on through 3rd party . I asked them to take it to ticketing so my family member could pick it up !!!!!!!!!! Cheap and delayed plus rude staff !!!!!!!!!!

GBThey won’t issue refunds I canceled my flight two months ago and they haven’t given me my refund. They also overbooked my other flight by 30 people so I showed up at 430am for a flight to the airport just to not get on the plane and stay at the airport until another airline could book me. NEVER USING SPIRIT AGAIN

GBCancelling a flight late at night, leaving customers with few options during spring break We were delayed five times and our flight eventually got cancelled. Rather than making an announcement to all passengers what the options would be, two agents were available to talk to one customer at the time, basically telling us that we can be stuck in Orlando for two days, or take the refund. None of it came with a sincere apology and people were left to their own devices at 11pm on a Wednesday night during spring break week where rebooking anything reasonably priced was out of the question. We ended up having to drive to Detroit (18 hours) and lost two days of vacation time. We will never fly with Spirit again. If we could enter 0/10, we would.

PRStrange most people are complaining but… Strange that most people are complaining but why are Spirit flights always full? To add salt to wound, they keep expanding with new planes!
