USA crap service and liars A crap service They "paused" my account almost 2 weeks ago now and first said it was a decision made by Rain to do so. I'm a single mom I need access to my money. When I asked about it they said they'd get back to me on the issue... Then ignored me for the last week and a half and then all they said is it was my employer who paused me account and they couldn't release my money... Money that I EARNED... I asked my employer about it and they in fact did not have my funds held from me... Its all Rain who is doing this... 3 times I've had my money kept from me now. I depend on the money in between my pay date so I can feed my kids... Employers need to stop contracts with Rain.

USNever change jobs & expect to use this… Never change jobs & expect to use this app. Customer service is horrible! Every call for help will get the run around & another excuse why they can't do their jobs. First time I called for help, they said of my old job sent a separation notice, switching to my new job was easy. Not true. 2nd time I called, they said of my new job verifies my info, I can access my money. Not true. 3rd time I called, they said I have to change phone numbers to ever be able to use the app again. Who changes phone numbers every time they change jobs?? Ridiculous, horrible, full of BS people that don't care about helping you.
