A crap service and liars A crap service They "paused" my account almost 2 weeks ago now and first said it was a decision made by Rain to do so. I'm a single mom I need access to my money. When I asked about it they said they'd get back to me on the issue... Then ignored me for the last week and a half and then all they said is it was my employer who paused me account and they couldn't release my money... Money that I EARNED... I asked my employer about it and they in fact did not have my funds held from me... Its all Rain who is doing this... 3 times I've had my money kept from me now. I depend on the money in between my pay date so I can feed my kids... Employers need to stop contracts with Rain.

5 stars all day 5 stars all day, this app right here buddy. saved ya boii ya feel me, story is I was out of gas and I was broke ya know pockets on E just like my gas tank and everyone I asked to borrow a few dollars from was hit too. But then I remembered I had downloaded RAIN, so after a few minutes of setting it up btw was very easy to do, I seen I had some money from a few days that I had worked. I linked my card and bam a second later money was on my card gas in my tank and I’m on the way home. Rain brought me a rainbow with a pot of gold. But frfr I’m grateful af for this app

The service is good....when it works The service is good....when it works. The app works fine too but when you submit hours for approval and it takes over a week to be confirmed...it kind of defeats the purpose. I have submitted hours and got my direcr deposit before they could be approved and ended up not getting them approved because that time period expired. When you chat with customer service all they can say is sorry we are trying to figure out a better way to approve hours faster. I've heard this several times over several months. Other times it has taken about 48hrs...this is an exception and not the rule

Every place of employment should have… Every place of employment should have this option. This prevents you from borrowing from others, taking out a loan or going without. You're borrowing from yourself. This is genius! For me the only drawback is having only 1 time to withdraw. 2 would be better. Otherwise, my first experience has been phenomenal. Thank you 😊

I like that I can transfer $ and get it… I like that I can transfer $ and get it in my account in a matter of seconds- but I don’t like that I thought it got taken out of your paycheck? I mean I guess there isn’t a difference if I have to pay it Back the same day I get paid! I just misunderstood I guess- or something is wrong? Than it took out of my account bc I had gone over and didn’t know I had- and it wasn’t payday- it was when our pay period ended a big difference and I only kept taking out bc I had 45 hours of OT and thought if I did this I would be taxed differently well I was wrong- and glad I had the $ in there to cover when they wanted there $ 😂 and trying to get ahold of Someone is difficult to get these questions answered- sent emails and nothing back!
