A nervous flyer I was a nervous wreck throughout the entire process. This was my first time flying with my elderly parents and I was so scared! Pablo Rivera was a God sent he was so calm and reassured me over and over that he would help me! Not only dis he help he ensured my parents were placed with wheelchair on both leaving and returning flights! He has helped me a couple days before to find our flight information on website of company to calm me down and extended his help for the day before we fly which will be in a couple days! He's GREAT!!!

He was very professional in his approach and did everything exactly as he said he would do. Excellent communicator with great follow up on commitments made. Accommodating When I tried to get a certain flight, the section I tried to get was full. So an employee (Dave) one of the senior agents assisted me in finding a similar flight that matched the times and dates. He also gave me a discount to help with making the price as similar as the flight we tried to book.

Daizy was awesome she followed up with… Daizy was awesome she followed up with me to help us when the flight got full and then when our hotel and resort caused us problems and we were not sure we could find a new spot to work for us. She stayed in contact and truly was awesome to work with and would highly tell anyone to use her!
