GBSo they had said I would be picked up… So they had said I would be picked up at baggage claim my name would be on a tag and a person would help me get my luggage to the car. Sounds great right nope that’s not what happened. Received several texts. Tell me when you get your baggage I’m out front, best part is I had to keep texting to see where my person was. It’s just a normal Uber who couldn’t even help me lift my suitcase . She was a nice lady but I over paid for it what I thought was a car rental Taxi nope just an over paid Uber contacted the company And they said they couldn’t help me
