Not Stress free and Not Reliable I arranged for the driver to meet us at Port Canaveral at 7am on Sunday April 14. The driver text me at 6:32am asking me when we would be ready. I assumed he was at the Port waiting for us to disembark. At 6:44am, I messaged him and said we were ready. He told me that he would be there at 7:19am. He arrived at 7:25am. I had arranged this transportation as we had an early flight and I did not want to be late or rushed. Then when he arrived, the Port Authority started to question him whether he had the correct documentation to be providing this service. He could not discuss this issue with them and the Port Authority was not going to let him take us from the Port. I spoke up and explained that I had arranged through Fast Pass but they were not familiar with your services. They eventually let us leave, but setting us back even further getting to the airport. I contacted your company because I wanted a reliable service that would have no issues and this is not what I received. I am very disappointed with the entire experience.

Great experience, highly recommend! Absolutely fantastic communication and customer service. Our drive kept us updated with his arrival time and a picture of the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver was very nice and made us feel like family.

Joäo was an exceptional driver Joäo was an exceptional driver. My late flight was delayed an hour and a half. He was great about communicating with me, almost instantly, assuring me there was no problem whatsoever. He pulled up within two minutes of my arrival on the curb. Exhausted. I know he had a long commute home after dropping me, but he acted as if it was no big deal. I enjoyed visiting with him about his family and his future plans.
