Our plans had changed the same day we purchased and originally there would have been a $100 cancellation fee, however he was kind enough to speak to his supervisor personally to have that charge removed and send us back a full refund! Jeremy I have spoken to Jeremy roughly 4x over the last few weeks. He has been extremely helpful each time I have spoken to him. He goes out of his way to assist me with my issues. Travel is difficult these days so it’s especially nice to deal with an employee who is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I look forward to speaking to Jeremy to handle my travel needs in the future!

Don't use these clowns I was going to go to Arizona last December and when I canceled the jackals charged me a 100 dollar cancelation fee. I canceled because nothing was open due to covid. They didn't give a rats petuty they just wanted my credit card number so that they could make an extra 100 dollars off of me. They gave me a 200 dollar travel voucher and I went to there web sight and I couldn't find where to even look up for the dates that I want to go to Arizona at the beginning of next year. I'll never use these clowns again. I'll go to the airlines website even if it costs me more money.
