Very professional & great pricing !! Very professional and friendly staff. Clean lounge and convenient parking lot. Availability of shuttles at the parking lot is almost immediate and at airport within 15 minutes (even at night times). Shuttle staff are mostly friendly and never had an issue. Wally park do offer discount coupons that saves some money. I have only used the covered parking at WallyPark at Atlanta Airport.

CANCELLATIONS IMPOSSIBLE I had to cancel my reservation because my trip changed…. For 2 full days before my parking reservation I tried to cancel!! I tried online multiple times…. Site wouldn’t accept my cancellation. Phone calls not answered, emails not answered!!! No chat!!!I even got up at 4:00 am to try to cancel before my 7:00 reservation!! It is IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION ONCE YOU MAKE IT!!! BEWARE!!!! They owe me $97. Plus change!!!! RIP OFF!!!!

This is the first time This is the first time I use this facility to park my car due to traveling. I found out about this place through the perks my employer provides. I was very impressed with how fast and simple the whole process was. From reserving online (very convenient) parking the car, getting picked up pretty quickly and checking out when we returned from our trip. It was a very positive experience overall. Very easy. 1- reserve and pre pay online 2- Self – park your vehicle and wait by it to get picked up 3- upon returning wait to be picked up in the grounds transportation area 4- Scan your reservation at the turnstile on your way out, that’s it! Definitely will use and recommend again.

Good value Like the value and convenience. However the self park shuttle frequency needs to be increased. The attendant at the parking lot was kind on a cold, rainy evening and offered his umbrella while I waited for the shuttle. I might choose the premium parking option next time if only for the shuttle convenience.

I have used Wally Park for a while now I have used Wally Park for a while now. From my experience, the location here in Atlanta do a great job of getting you to the airport. The issue sometimes is getting picked up. My most recent experience, this was not an issue. Evelyn Nye was waiting when I arrived at the pickup location. The bus was nice and warm and she was thoughtful about dropping us off at our vehicles, since it was super cold out. Many thanks.
