Yes, there were airline change fees, but Ben generously offered us one of his company vouchers to hep defray the penalty charge. Ben is professional, personable, and highly responsive via email and phone. We plan to sign up for the VIP program and use him again for future International travel. He is highly-committed to making his clients happy.

Terrible experience Terrible experience - high quotes. Business Class Guru or Wholesale Flights are not at all customer service oriented, and seem to only care about commissions made. While they tout 30-70% off Business and First Class, one of their general sales managers quoted San Diego to Lyon at $4,000 on Lufthansa, higher than Lufthansa's own published fare of $3,609. I will not deal with Business Class Guru again.

This was my first experience with WholeSale Business Class Flights… This was my first experience with Wholesale Flights and was so lucky to have Shannon Painter as my "guide". Shannon kept track of my trip dates and notified me immediately as soon as flights were available......she went through all the airline flights, layovers, airports etc. and helped me make an educated reservation with her assistance...so easy!! I am eternally grateful and plan on using Shannon on all future flights!

Excellent company with fast, responsive service I've used Wholesale Flights for years for biz class flights at prices usually significantly less than via the airlines directly or via services like Expedia. Their personnel are top-notch and usually very responsive. On the con side, I've noticed recently a push for add-ons after I've booked the flight but perhaps this is now a trend everywhere.

Jeff Stein always comes thru!!! We have used Jeff Stein with Wholesale Flights a few times now and have also recommended him to friends. He's efficient (almost too much!!!) , gets very good prices on overseas business class and first class flights that beat everyone else! Once you fly 1st class or business...you'll never go back to anything else!!!! MMS
