Our second great experience with Yana at WholesaLE Our second first class experience booking business class with Yana at Wholesale flights. She is professional, yet friendly. Patient with my indecision and in the end found us the best way to reach our off- the -beaten -path destination in France. She booked our Iberian trip in 2021 and she was so great that we dialed her number and never considered shopping around.

Terrible experience Terrible experience - high quotes. Business Class Guru or Wholesale Flights are not at all customer service oriented, and seem to only care about commissions made. While they tout 30-70% off Business and First Class, one of their general sales managers quoted San Diego to Lyon at $4,000 on Lufthansa, higher than Lufthansa's own published fare of $3,609. I will not deal with Business Class Guru again.

He's efficient (almost too much!!!) , gets very good prices on overseas business class and first class flights that beat everyone else!
