Rio and Business Skies ! I will never buy another ticket accept from business skies. Mr Rio next time keep me in mind for round trip to Japan for July . GBRio Really Listened Rio was patient and really listened to my needs. I asked him to look into multiple flights and he was completely accommodating. The result was I got exactly what I needed at a fair price. I will definitely use this site in the future.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Simply based on David Kaya. If I had not booked with them in the past I would have eaten the cost of the cancellation fee that he threatened me with after taking . I not only was harassed with phone calls and yelled at after he rudely addressed my assistant via text and over the phone whom he made cry but he REFUSED to let me speak to his supervisor. Told me I could keep calling the main line and I would never speak to his supervisor. He cut me off repeatedly, yelled at me and did not offer any solutions on how to move forward. He was abrasive, aggressive and does not have a shred of costumer service skills. I was told he was new but there is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior. My main issue is in order to book with them, you HAVE TO add a tip for the rep that helped you. I paid a $50 tip to someone who had zero respect and verbally assaulted me and my assistant for six hours.
