She was able to put together a wonderful and cost effective vacation for my family from Dallas Texas to Athens Greece including a side trip to Spain for my son. Great Customer Support Qatar Airlines had changed the routing on our return flight which meant an extra 8 hours with a 3 hour layover in Chicago. I reached out to Mike via email. Within a few hours, he called me on my India cell, promised that he will look into it and within a few hours got us back to flying direct to Philly. I actually was not very hopeful that this would happen considering that it was very close to our date of travel; virtually the eleventh hour but the Business-Skies guys came thru. What is more, Mike sent me several short emails over the few hours that it took them to coordinate with Qatar, etc to keep us posted.
