PLHUUGE thanks to Camille!! If it wasn't for her we wouldn't go for a cruise becasue there was a problem with card payment. First, she helped us via chat with booking two cabins and then she processed the payment for the reservation. I strongly recommend CruiseDirect to work on card payment stage, as the site woulndn't take money from my bank account, I tried various cards. Once again, big thanks to Camille for her patience and help!:)

USGirlie is absolutely amazing!!! Girlie is absolutely amazing!!!! I lost my first cruise today due to my cards declining so I had to pick an alternate cruise. Girlie figured out something MSC couldn’t even figure out and that my passport information was needed to book the cruise!!! As soon as I gave her my information my cards were accepted and I was able to book my cruise!! Girlie thank you so very much, are nothing short of amazing ❤️❤️

Cruise Direct had the best "User interface" meaning it gave me the quickest way to find my cruise and make a booking. Hopefuly, the cruise will go well. All the best for Florence and Cruise Direct.
