USEfficient customer service! While they could have used a better UI, CruiseDirect's search engine is still easy to use, up-to-date, and it's handy to check stateroom availability (especially when NCL's own search result page is slow to refresh). The extra perks are also useful. But what really stands out is the customer service, the live chat is quick and efficient, both Louella and Camille were very helpful in adding my FCC discount back to an existing booking. Highly recommend!
