A highlight was our tour guide in Osaka her name was JJ and she was very personable and great with English. My only downside was the driving service they pressured us to start later each morning so we were consistently stuck in traffic and had to rush through some of the sites / activities

Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon… Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon last December. 28 days and we traveled around Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali and Singapur. Dan Li helped us from the beginning, I am a picky traveler and he was always very kind and helpful with all the changes and requests I had. During the trip, everything went pretty smooth, Dan was always available if we had any requests or minor "complaints" and he took care of everything. Sadly, we didn't have the best experience with some of the tour guides (Bali and Tokyo), but Dan would helped us fix the problem immediately. Would very much recommend using UME Travel and speaking to Dan.

On the trip, every guide and driver was amazing and always on time and thoughtful and considerate. We just wish we had more time in Bali!

This is my second time visiting Japan… This is my second time visiting Japan and it continues to be one of my favorite countries I have visited. Perhaps it's because I left all the planning to our travel agent at UME travel. I tried booking things myself last trip (eight years ago) and it felt less enjoyable. Also, we felt so lucky on this trip because we got nice weather, saw the top of Mt. Fuji, and made it during Sakura (cherry blossom 🌸). Definitely a must do for anyone with children. This is the first time all three of my kids (18, 17, 11) agreed on this being a very fun trip. Update: Hi I received so many requests for the itinerary so I will just add it to the photos. Our UME travel agent is named Steven Hu He also arranged our trip to the phillipines last time and that was also amazing. Also, added pictures of Nara park where cute deers roam free and you can feed them and they will bow to you. My kids loved it

Steven put together a FIVE STAR trip for me! I am so happy to share this review. I reached out to Steven and gave him parameters for a vacation with a friend. He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. Steven, thank you so much for making my trip seamless even with the challenges I put before you. I will definitely use you again for another vacation.
