Our Travel Consultant, Phoebe, was super responsive from the very beginning, and continued to respond quickly to our needs throughout the trip. Phoebe ensured we had all the hotel & travel confirmations, contact information for our English speaking guides and provided immediate insight & solutions to any concerns we had. GBEva was great to work with and my… Eva was great to work with and my family of 3 really enjoyed our trip to Japan. A highlight was our tour guide in Osaka her name was JJ and she was very personable and great with English. My only downside was the driving service they pressured us to start later each morning so we were consistently stuck in traffic and had to rush through some of the sites / activities

MXAmazing experience We did a trip to Japan with the agency, Steven was our agent, he was amazing. All our doubts were resolved in detail. The trip was incredible, all the guides were very polite and with a lot of experience, for sure they made our trip unforgettable. We saw a lot of sakuras everywhere, perfect date selection.
