Steven put together a FIVE STAR trip for me! I am so happy to share this review. I reached out to Steven and gave him parameters for a vacation with a friend. He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. Great private tour of Japan! Excellent communication with our travel agent Dan Li. He provided multiple options from us to choose and was able to customize our trip based on a few things we wanted while keeping the essentials of our trip to Japan. The tour provided great translators and drivers. This made the trip amazing and everyone felt at ease.

This is my second time visiting Japan… This is my second time visiting Japan and it continues to be one of my favorite countries I have visited. Perhaps it's because I left all the planning to our travel agent at UME travel. I tried booking things myself last trip (eight years ago) and it felt less enjoyable. Also, we felt so lucky on this trip because we got nice weather, saw the top of Mt. Fuji, and made it during Sakura (cherry blossom 🌸). Definitely a must do for anyone with children. This is the first time all three of my kids (18, 17, 11) agreed on this being a very fun trip. Update: Hi I received so many requests for the itinerary so I will just add it to the photos. Our UME travel agent is named Steven Hu He also arranged our trip to the phillipines last time and that was also amazing. Also, added pictures of Nara park where cute deers roam free and you can feed them and they will bow to you. My kids loved it

Dan Li was super helpful, attentive, patient and very quick to respond to any questions I had prior and during the trip.
