Amazing First Trip to Thailand! We really enjoyed our first visit to Thailand, and owe our wonderful experience to UME! Our Travel Consultant, Phoebe, was super responsive from the very beginning, and continued to respond quickly to our needs throughout the trip. Phoebe ensured we had all the hotel & travel confirmations, contact information for our English speaking guides and provided immediate insight & solutions to any concerns we had. We were able to visit Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket and enjoyed unique experiences in each location. We would definitely recommend UME and plan to utilize them again when we’re ready to visit Bali. We loved that cabanas were available to give an extra level of exclusiveness. The food and drinks were great and we were given ample time at each stop! Amazing experience We did a trip to Japan with the agency, Steven was our agent, he was amazing. All our doubts were resolved in detail. The trip was incredible, all the guides were very polite and with a lot of experience, for sure they made our trip unforgettable. We saw a lot of sakuras everywhere, perfect date selection. We will schedule another trip with them, we loved everything.

Amazing Honeymoon in Japan My husband and I traveled to Japan for our honeymoon. It was our first time in the country and traveling with UME was a great decision. We worked with Amber to plan our itinerary according to our budget and interests. Communication prior to the trip was clear and timely. We were able to dictate specific things we wanted to do without having to stress over the logistics of actually making it happen. Most of the items on our itinerary were those suggested by the tour company, which saved us from having to extensively research and dig through reviews. Upon arriving in Japan, all of our drivers and guides contacted us around a day before we were scheduled to work with them. It was great to have private guides. Not only did they teach us about landmarks and history, but made sure we did not commit any breaches of etiquette and were able to lead us to lunch spots, shopping areas, etc. based on our preferences and their recommendations. One thing we chose to do was use public transit for some areas within the city. Initially we did this to devote more money toward higher-end hotels, but it wound up being quite fun and interesting. I was grateful to have our guides meet us every AM at our hotel, buy our tickets, and accompany us on the subway. Amber made sure to check in with us throughout our trip to ensure everything was going to our satisfaction.
