He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. Great private tour of Japan! Excellent communication with our travel agent Dan Li. He provided multiple options from us to choose and was able to customize our trip based on a few things we wanted while keeping the essentials of our trip to Japan. The tour provided great translators and drivers. This made the trip amazing and everyone felt at ease.

Amazing Honeymoon in Japan My husband and I traveled to Japan for our honeymoon. It was our first time in the country and traveling with UME was a great decision. We worked with Amber to plan our itinerary according to our budget and interests. Communication prior to the trip was clear and timely. We were able to dictate specific things we wanted to do without having to stress over the logistics of actually making it happen. Most of the items on our itinerary were those suggested by the tour company, which saved us from having to extensively research and dig through reviews. Upon arriving in Japan, all of our drivers and guides contacted us around a day before we were scheduled to work with them. It was great to have private guides. Not only did they teach us about landmarks and history, but made sure we did not commit any breaches of etiquette and were able to lead us to lunch spots, shopping areas, etc. based on our preferences and their recommendations. One thing we chose to do was use public transit for some areas within the city. Initially we did this to devote more money toward higher-end hotels, but it wound up being quite fun and interesting. I was grateful to have our guides meet us every AM at our hotel, buy our tickets, and accompany us on the subway. Amber made sure to check in with us throughout our trip to ensure everything was going to our satisfaction.

Our trip to Japan was spectacular Our trip to Japan was spectacular! Our travel agent, Eva Wang, thoroughly planned our trip to include a blend of tourist attractions, entertainment activities unique to Japan, food experiences and UNESCO heritage sites. Eva was open and available for communication prior to and during our entire trip for questions! The drivers and tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Must dos: see snow monkeys, Diao wasabi farm (try the ice cream!), Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Mt Fuji, Sensoji Temple, Universal Studios, and full day at Ghibli Park!
