Steven put together a FIVE STAR trip for me! I am so happy to share this review. I reached out to Steven and gave him parameters for a vacation with a friend. He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. UME travel organized a wonderful trip… UME travel organized a wonderful trip to Japan for me. It was high quality all the way: great choice of places to visit (got a very good understanding and overview of this fabulous country), very good 4 star hotels in good locations, and an amazing team of guide and driver (David and Alex couldn’t do enough to make my trip enjoyable). Stephen Hu, my travel advisor at UME was of great help in planning the trip. He not only responded promptly to my e-mails but made sure that all my requests and concerns were dealt with. Although 81 years old, I travel a lot and this was one of the 3 best trips I have taken. Overall a top notch experience.

Amazing First Trip to Thailand! We really enjoyed our first visit to Thailand, and owe our wonderful experience to UME! Our Travel Consultant, Phoebe, was super responsive from the very beginning, and continued to respond quickly to our needs throughout the trip. Phoebe ensured we had all the hotel & travel confirmations, contact information for our English speaking guides and provided immediate insight & solutions to any concerns we had. We were able to visit Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket and enjoyed unique experiences in each location. We would definitely recommend UME and plan to utilize them again when we’re ready to visit Bali. Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon… Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon last December. 28 days and we traveled around Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali and Singapur. Dan Li helped us from the beginning, I am a picky traveler and he was always very kind and helpful with all the changes and requests I had. During the trip, everything went pretty smooth, Dan was always available if we had any requests or minor "complaints" and he took care of everything. Sadly, we didn't have the best experience with some of the tour guides (Bali and Tokyo), but Dan would helped us fix the problem immediately. Would very much recommend using UME Travel and speaking to Dan.

Lan Ume travel Lan , our travel agent did an excellent job in planning our trip to Japan. The tour from the beginning thru the end was smooth. The tour guide, driver go above and beyond with the service we received from this trip. I highly recommend this travel company.
