Our travel agent, Eva Wang, thoroughly planned our trip to include a blend of tourist attractions, entertainment activities unique to Japan, food experiences and UNESCO heritage sites. Eva was open and available for communication prior to and during our entire trip for questions! The drivers and tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Must dos: see snow monkeys, Diao wasabi farm (try the ice cream!), Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Mt Fuji, Sensoji Temple, Universal Studios, and full day at Ghibli Park!

Excellent Experience! Exploring various parts of the world and experiencing diverse cultures is my passion. In the past, I traveled with big name travel agencies. For my trip to Japan, I chose to sign up with UME Travel. Honestly, I was skeptical about UME travel at first, but I was 100% wrong. Lan Liu arranged a wonderful, unforgettable trip to Japan for myself and two companions. She did an excellent job fulfilling my interests and the itinerary was extremely organized. Our trip to Japan could not have been better, it was perfect! Lan Liu is genuine, pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I am not an easy person to please, but she was very patient with me. Lan Liu contacted me numerous times during and after our trip to ensure that everything met our expectations. I truly recommend UME and I look forward to booking another trip with Lan Liu through UME travel again.

This is my second time visiting Japan… This is my second time visiting Japan and it continues to be one of my favorite countries I have visited. Perhaps it's because I left all the planning to our travel agent at UME travel. I tried booking things myself last trip (eight years ago) and it felt less enjoyable. Also, we felt so lucky on this trip because we got nice weather, saw the top of Mt. Fuji, and made it during Sakura (cherry blossom 🌸). Definitely a must do for anyone with children. This is the first time all three of my kids (18, 17, 11) agreed on this being a very fun trip. Update: Hi I received so many requests for the itinerary so I will just add it to the photos. Our UME travel agent is named Steven Hu He also arranged our trip to the phillipines last time and that was also amazing. Also, added pictures of Nara park where cute deers roam free and you can feed them and they will bow to you. My kids loved it

UME travel organized a wonderful trip… UME travel organized a wonderful trip to Japan for me. It was high quality all the way: great choice of places to visit (got a very good understanding and overview of this fabulous country), very good 4 star hotels in good locations, and an amazing team of guide and driver (David and Alex couldn’t do enough to make my trip enjoyable). Stephen Hu, my travel advisor at UME was of great help in planning the trip. He not only responded promptly to my e-mails but made sure that all my requests and concerns were dealt with. Although 81 years old, I travel a lot and this was one of the 3 best trips I have taken. Overall a top notch experience.
