We loved that cabanas were available to give an extra level of exclusiveness. The food and drinks were great and we were given ample time at each stop! Make sure you ask for Phoebe she gave the best advice and options for my trip. Definitely would recommend

Amazing experience We did a trip to Japan with the agency, Steven was our agent, he was amazing. All our doubts were resolved in detail. The trip was incredible, all the guides were very polite and with a lot of experience, for sure they made our trip unforgettable. We saw a lot of sakuras everywhere, perfect date selection. We will schedule another trip with them, we loved everything.

This is my second time visiting Japan… This is my second time visiting Japan and it continues to be one of my favorite countries I have visited. Perhaps it's because I left all the planning to our travel agent at UME travel. I tried booking things myself last trip (eight years ago) and it felt less enjoyable. Also, we felt so lucky on this trip because we got nice weather, saw the top of Mt. Fuji, and made it during Sakura (cherry blossom 🌸). Definitely a must do for anyone with children. This is the first time all three of my kids (18, 17, 11) agreed on this being a very fun trip. Update: Hi I received so many requests for the itinerary so I will just add it to the photos. Our UME travel agent is named Steven Hu He also arranged our trip to the phillipines last time and that was also amazing. Also, added pictures of Nara park where cute deers roam free and you can feed them and they will bow to you. My kids loved it

Steven put together a FIVE STAR trip for me! I am so happy to share this review. I reached out to Steven and gave him parameters for a vacation with a friend. He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience.
