For my trip to Japan, I chose to sign up with UME Travel. Honestly, I was skeptical about UME travel at first, but I was 100% wrong. Lan Liu arranged a wonderful, unforgettable trip to Japan for myself and two companions. She did an excellent job fulfilling my interests and the itinerary was extremely organized. Our trip to Japan could not have been better, it was perfect! Lan Liu is genuine, pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I am not an easy person to please, but she was very patient with me. Lan Liu contacted me numerous times during and after our trip to ensure that everything met our expectations. I truly recommend UME and I look forward to booking another trip with Lan Liu through UME travel again.

Steven put together a FIVE STAR trip for me! I am so happy to share this review. I reached out to Steven and gave him parameters for a vacation with a friend. He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. Steven, thank you so much for making my trip seamless even with the challenges I put before you. I will definitely use you again for another vacation. Eva was great to work with and my… Eva was great to work with and my family of 3 really enjoyed our trip to Japan. A highlight was our tour guide in Osaka her name was JJ and she was very personable and great with English. My only downside was the driving service they pressured us to start later each morning so we were consistently stuck in traffic and had to rush through some of the sites / activities

From the check in with Princess Fiona… From the check in with Princess Fiona and Madame Mona, we knew we in for a top tier experience. The staff was attentive. We loved that cabanas were available to give an extra level of exclusiveness. The food and drinks were great and we were given ample time at each stop! Make sure you ask for Phoebe she gave the best advice and options for my trip. Definitely would recommend

UME travel organized a wonderful trip… UME travel organized a wonderful trip to Japan for me. It was high quality all the way: great choice of places to visit (got a very good understanding and overview of this fabulous country), very good 4 star hotels in good locations, and an amazing team of guide and driver (David and Alex couldn’t do enough to make my trip enjoyable). Stephen Hu, my travel advisor at UME was of great help in planning the trip. He not only responded promptly to my e-mails but made sure that all my requests and concerns were dealt with. Although 81 years old, I travel a lot and this was one of the 3 best trips I have taken. Overall a top notch experience.
