Amazing First Trip to Thailand! We really enjoyed our first visit to Thailand, and owe our wonderful experience to UME! Our Travel Consultant, Phoebe, was super responsive from the very beginning, and continued to respond quickly to our needs throughout the trip. Phoebe ensured we had all the hotel & travel confirmations, contact information for our English speaking guides and provided immediate insight & solutions to any concerns we had. We were able to visit Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket and enjoyed unique experiences in each location. We would definitely recommend UME and plan to utilize them again when we’re ready to visit Bali. From the check in with Princess Fiona… From the check in with Princess Fiona and Madame Mona, we knew we in for a top tier experience. The staff was attentive. We loved that cabanas were available to give an extra level of exclusiveness. The food and drinks were great and we were given ample time at each stop! Make sure you ask for Phoebe she gave the best advice and options for my trip. Definitely would recommend
