Our travel agent, Eva Wang, thoroughly planned our trip to include a blend of tourist attractions, entertainment activities unique to Japan, food experiences and UNESCO heritage sites. Eva was open and available for communication prior to and during our entire trip for questions! The drivers and tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Must dos: see snow monkeys, Diao wasabi farm (try the ice cream!), Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Mt Fuji, Sensoji Temple, Universal Studios, and full day at Ghibli Park!

Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon… Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon last December. 28 days and we traveled around Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali and Singapur. Dan Li helped us from the beginning, I am a picky traveler and he was always very kind and helpful with all the changes and requests I had. During the trip, everything went pretty smooth, Dan was always available if we had any requests or minor "complaints" and he took care of everything. Sadly, we didn't have the best experience with some of the tour guides (Bali and Tokyo), but Dan would helped us fix the problem immediately. Would very much recommend using UME Travel and speaking to Dan.

Great private tour of Japan! Excellent communication with our travel agent Dan Li. He provided multiple options from us to choose and was able to customize our trip based on a few things we wanted while keeping the essentials of our trip to Japan. The tour provided great translators and drivers. This made the trip amazing and everyone felt at ease.

Excellent Experience! Exploring various parts of the world and experiencing diverse cultures is my passion. In the past, I traveled with big name travel agencies. For my trip to Japan, I chose to sign up with UME Travel. Honestly, I was skeptical about UME travel at first, but I was 100% wrong. Amazing First Trip to Thailand! We really enjoyed our first visit to Thailand, and owe our wonderful experience to UME! Our Travel Consultant, Phoebe, was super responsive from the very beginning, and continued to respond quickly to our needs throughout the trip. Phoebe ensured we had all the hotel & travel confirmations, contact information for our English speaking guides and provided immediate insight & solutions to any concerns we had. We were able to visit Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket and enjoyed unique experiences in each location. We would definitely recommend UME and plan to utilize them again when we’re ready to visit Bali.
