The planning from UME and Steven Hu was superb, there were smooth interfaces between cities, travelling, new drivers, etc, and that was much appreciated. The hotels were generally good. Our tour guide Jeremy was very professional, smart, caring, prompt, attentive to detail, and he truly tried to make this a good trip for us, he was able to refine and tailor the trip to better suit our interests. He is a very good tour guide and he made a big difference to the quality of our trip. Overall, we are very pleased with the trip to Japan put together for us by Steven Hu and UME. I would not hesitate to use the services of UME again for a trip to Asia, or to recommend UME to anyone who is considering a trip there. Thank you and all your staff for putting together this trip for us!

From the check in with Princess Fiona… From the check in with Princess Fiona and Madame Mona, we knew we in for a top tier experience. The staff was attentive. We loved that cabanas were available to give an extra level of exclusiveness. The food and drinks were great and we were given ample time at each stop! Make sure you ask for Phoebe she gave the best advice and options for my trip. Definitely would recommend

Our trip to Japan was spectacular Our trip to Japan was spectacular! Our travel agent, Eva Wang, thoroughly planned our trip to include a blend of tourist attractions, entertainment activities unique to Japan, food experiences and UNESCO heritage sites. Eva was open and available for communication prior to and during our entire trip for questions! The drivers and tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Must dos: see snow monkeys, Diao wasabi farm (try the ice cream!), Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Mt Fuji, Sensoji Temple, Universal Studios, and full day at Ghibli Park!

Great private tour of Japan! Excellent communication with our travel agent Dan Li. He provided multiple options from us to choose and was able to customize our trip based on a few things we wanted while keeping the essentials of our trip to Japan. The tour provided great translators and drivers. This made the trip amazing and everyone felt at ease.

Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon… Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon last December. 28 days and we traveled around Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali and Singapur. Dan Li helped us from the beginning, I am a picky traveler and he was always very kind and helpful with all the changes and requests I had. During the trip, everything went pretty smooth, Dan was always available if we had any requests or minor "complaints" and he took care of everything. Sadly, we didn't have the best experience with some of the tour guides (Bali and Tokyo), but Dan would helped us fix the problem immediately. Would very much recommend using UME Travel and speaking to Dan.
