This is my second time visiting Japan… This is my second time visiting Japan and it continues to be one of my favorite countries I have visited. Perhaps it's because I left all the planning to our travel agent at UME travel. I tried booking things myself last trip (eight years ago) and it felt less enjoyable. Also, we felt so lucky on this trip because we got nice weather, saw the top of Mt. Fuji, and made it during Sakura (cherry blossom 🌸). Definitely a must do for anyone with children. This is the first time all three of my kids (18, 17, 11) agreed on this being a very fun trip. Update: Hi I received so many requests for the itinerary so I will just add it to the photos. Our UME travel agent is named Steven Hu He also arranged our trip to the phillipines last time and that was also amazing. Also, added pictures of Nara park where cute deers roam free and you can feed them and they will bow to you. My kids loved it

Excellent Experience! Exploring various parts of the world and experiencing diverse cultures is my passion. In the past, I traveled with big name travel agencies. For my trip to Japan, I chose to sign up with UME Travel. Honestly, I was skeptical about UME travel at first, but I was 100% wrong. Lan Liu arranged a wonderful, unforgettable trip to Japan for myself and two companions. She did an excellent job fulfilling my interests and the itinerary was extremely organized. Steven put together a FIVE STAR trip for me! I am so happy to share this review. I reached out to Steven and gave him parameters for a vacation with a friend. He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. Our trip to Japan was wonderful Our trip to Japan was wonderful. It is hard to sum up in just a few words, but it was a very memorable trip. The planning from UME and Steven Hu was superb, there were smooth interfaces between cities, travelling, new drivers, etc, and that was much appreciated. The hotels were generally good. Our tour guide Jeremy was very professional, smart, caring, prompt, attentive to detail, and he truly tried to make this a good trip for us, he was able to refine and tailor the trip to better suit our interests. He is a very good tour guide and he made a big difference to the quality of our trip. Overall, we are very pleased with the trip to Japan put together for us by Steven Hu and UME. I would not hesitate to use the services of UME again for a trip to Asia, or to recommend UME to anyone who is considering a trip there. Thank you and all your staff for putting together this trip for us!
