Amazing Honeymoon in Japan My husband and I traveled to Japan for our honeymoon. It was our first time in the country and traveling with UME was a great decision. We worked with Amber to plan our itinerary according to our budget and interests. Communication prior to the trip was clear and timely. We were able to dictate specific things we wanted to do without having to stress over the logistics of actually making it happen. Most of the items on our itinerary were those suggested by the tour company, which saved us from having to extensively research and dig through reviews. Upon arriving in Japan, all of our drivers and guides contacted us around a day before we were scheduled to work with them. It was great to have private guides. Not only did they teach us about landmarks and history, but made sure we did not commit any breaches of etiquette and were able to lead us to lunch spots, shopping areas, etc. based on our preferences and their recommendations. One thing we chose to do was use public transit for some areas within the city. Initially we did this to devote more money toward higher-end hotels, but it wound up being quite fun and interesting. I was grateful to have our guides meet us every AM at our hotel, buy our tickets, and accompany us on the subway. Amber made sure to check in with us throughout our trip to ensure everything was going to our satisfaction.

Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon… Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon last December. 28 days and we traveled around Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali and Singapur. Dan Li helped us from the beginning, I am a picky traveler and he was always very kind and helpful with all the changes and requests I had. During the trip, everything went pretty smooth, Dan was always available if we had any requests or minor "complaints" and he took care of everything. Sadly, we didn't have the best experience with some of the tour guides (Bali and Tokyo), but Dan would helped us fix the problem immediately. Would very much recommend using UME Travel and speaking to Dan.

From the check in with Princess Fiona… From the check in with Princess Fiona and Madame Mona, we knew we in for a top tier experience. The staff was attentive. We loved that cabanas were available to give an extra level of exclusiveness. The food and drinks were great and we were given ample time at each stop! Make sure you ask for Phoebe she gave the best advice and options for my trip. Definitely would recommend

Steven put together a FIVE STAR trip for me! I am so happy to share this review. I reached out to Steven and gave him parameters for a vacation with a friend. He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. Amazing experience We did a trip to Japan with the agency, Steven was our agent, he was amazing. All our doubts were resolved in detail. The trip was incredible, all the guides were very polite and with a lot of experience, for sure they made our trip unforgettable. We saw a lot of sakuras everywhere, perfect date selection. We will schedule another trip with them, we loved everything.
