Great private tour of Japan! Excellent communication with our travel agent Dan Li. He provided multiple options from us to choose and was able to customize our trip based on a few things we wanted while keeping the essentials of our trip to Japan. The tour provided great translators and drivers. This made the trip amazing and everyone felt at ease.

He put together an itinerary for us and we were prepared for our journey. At the last minute, we had a change where my friend could not travel with me. Steven revised the trip for a solo traveler, and WHAT A TRIP IT WAS!!!! His communication was prompt and well-voiced. My excursions we perfect and my guide, Puja, was absolutely amazing. I only disliked one excursion. My guide made for a deeper understanding of the local culture and I walked away with a life enhancing experience. A highlight was our tour guide in Osaka her name was JJ and she was very personable and great with English. My only downside was the driving service they pressured us to start later each morning so we were consistently stuck in traffic and had to rush through some of the sites / activities
