UME travel organized a wonderful trip… UME travel organized a wonderful trip to Japan for me. It was high quality all the way: great choice of places to visit (got a very good understanding and overview of this fabulous country), very good 4 star hotels in good locations, and an amazing team of guide and driver (David and Alex couldn’t do enough to make my trip enjoyable). Stephen Hu, my travel advisor at UME was of great help in planning the trip. He not only responded promptly to my e-mails but made sure that all my requests and concerns were dealt with. Although 81 years old, I travel a lot and this was one of the 3 best trips I have taken. Overall a top notch experience.

Eva was great to work with and my… Eva was great to work with and my family of 3 really enjoyed our trip to Japan. A highlight was our tour guide in Osaka her name was JJ and she was very personable and great with English. My only downside was the driving service they pressured us to start later each morning so we were consistently stuck in traffic and had to rush through some of the sites / activities

Amazing Honeymoon in Japan My husband and I traveled to Japan for our honeymoon. It was our first time in the country and traveling with UME was a great decision. We worked with Amber to plan our itinerary according to our budget and interests. Communication prior to the trip was clear and timely. We were able to dictate specific things we wanted to do without having to stress over the logistics of actually making it happen. Most of the items on our itinerary were those suggested by the tour company, which saved us from having to extensively research and dig through reviews. Upon arriving in Japan, all of our drivers and guides contacted us around a day before we were scheduled to work with them. It was great to have private guides. Not only did they teach us about landmarks and history, but made sure we did not commit any breaches of etiquette and were able to lead us to lunch spots, shopping areas, etc. based on our preferences and their recommendations. One thing we chose to do was use public transit for some areas within the city. Initially we did this to devote more money toward higher-end hotels, but it wound up being quite fun and interesting. I was grateful to have our guides meet us every AM at our hotel, buy our tickets, and accompany us on the subway. Amber made sure to check in with us throughout our trip to ensure everything was going to our satisfaction.

Our trip to Japan was wonderful Our trip to Japan was wonderful. It is hard to sum up in just a few words, but it was a very memorable trip. The planning from UME and Steven Hu was superb, there were smooth interfaces between cities, travelling, new drivers, etc, and that was much appreciated. The hotels were generally good. Our tour guide Jeremy was very professional, smart, caring, prompt, attentive to detail, and he truly tried to make this a good trip for us, he was able to refine and tailor the trip to better suit our interests. He is a very good tour guide and he made a big difference to the quality of our trip. Overall, we are very pleased with the trip to Japan put together for us by Steven Hu and UME. I would not hesitate to use the services of UME again for a trip to Asia, or to recommend UME to anyone who is considering a trip there. Thank you and all your staff for putting together this trip for us!
