A highlight was our tour guide in Osaka her name was JJ and she was very personable and great with English. My only downside was the driving service they pressured us to start later each morning so we were consistently stuck in traffic and had to rush through some of the sites / activities

Amazing experience We did a trip to Japan with the agency, Steven was our agent, he was amazing. All our doubts were resolved in detail. The trip was incredible, all the guides were very polite and with a lot of experience, for sure they made our trip unforgettable. We saw a lot of sakuras everywhere, perfect date selection. We will schedule another trip with them, we loved everything.

UME travel organized a wonderful trip… UME travel organized a wonderful trip to Japan for me. It was high quality all the way: great choice of places to visit (got a very good understanding and overview of this fabulous country), very good 4 star hotels in good locations, and an amazing team of guide and driver (David and Alex couldn’t do enough to make my trip enjoyable). Stephen Hu, my travel advisor at UME was of great help in planning the trip. He not only responded promptly to my e-mails but made sure that all my requests and concerns were dealt with. Although 81 years old, I travel a lot and this was one of the 3 best trips I have taken. Overall a top notch experience.

Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon… Me and my husband went on our Honeymoon last December. 28 days and we traveled around Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali and Singapur. Dan Li helped us from the beginning, I am a picky traveler and he was always very kind and helpful with all the changes and requests I had. During the trip, everything went pretty smooth, Dan was always available if we had any requests or minor "complaints" and he took care of everything. Sadly, we didn't have the best experience with some of the tour guides (Bali and Tokyo), but Dan would helped us fix the problem immediately. Would very much recommend using UME Travel and speaking to Dan.

Our trip to Japan was spectacular Our trip to Japan was spectacular! Our travel agent, Eva Wang, thoroughly planned our trip to include a blend of tourist attractions, entertainment activities unique to Japan, food experiences and UNESCO heritage sites. Eva was open and available for communication prior to and during our entire trip for questions! The drivers and tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Must dos: see snow monkeys, Diao wasabi farm (try the ice cream!), Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Mt Fuji, Sensoji Temple, Universal Studios, and full day at Ghibli Park!
