GBHad to pay to rectify a technical glitch Have been satisfied with past use of their travel service. Most recently my name was repeated (both first and last) in the airline reservation system. The second passenger info was fine. Quite obviously, I did not intentionally repeat my name, and immediately realized that the handshake between the airline system and the AranGrant system had a technical glitch. I was then asked to pay to have the name corrected. Surprising that they would ask me to pay for a technical glitch on their end, and especially considering I am a returning customer. Very disappointed.
