Very trusted and amazing customer service. It was my first time using flyallover, but unfortunately we got a travel restrictions in our country, since March 2020, once that happened, I have emailed flyallover asking for a a cancellation, the service agent was very helpful and welcoming, he took my request very serious and my cancellation process didn't took so long with no problems during that.
