It was my first time using flyallover, but unfortunately we got a travel restrictions in our country, since March 2020, once that happened, I have emailed flyallover asking for a a cancellation, the service agent was very helpful and welcoming, he took my request very serious and my cancellation process didn't took so long with no problems during that. Highly recommend, will use flyallover in all my upcoming trips

I booked with FlyAllOver for the first… I booked with FlyAllOver for the first time half a year before the recent Covid-19 pandemic. The prices were fantastic, the customer support line was very friendly, and the overall experience of booking was quick and easy. Loved it! Unfortunately, the pandemic meant I could not go on the trip I had booked, but they made the refund process go very smoothly and ensured me that I would get a full refund rather than vouchers from the airlines. I'm definitely going to book with them again when this whole situation is over!! Totally recommend
