USBest customer service Our first family vacation- 8 of us traveling and had a direct flight from Chicago to Phoenix. Our entire flight was canceled. I was sooooo upset it would be 3 times the amount if we went with another carrier. The customer service rep found another flight same charges but with a layover. Not happy about the layover but we will still be there early enough to enjoy our day ;0) silverlinings!

USAt first you don’t succeed... I Spent an hour attempting to book a room using AFFIRM payment processing. Several sites said that they accepted affirm yet when you got to checkout none was available. So when I finally tried Qtrip.com and got to check lo and behold their was the AFFIRM Button as clear as day. I could’ve used my credit card but AFFIRM granted some credit and I wanted to use it instead and once I’m committed to something I like to see it through and I’m glad I did, because I achieved, because I believed. Lol. Thank you very much for making AFFIRM available.

USThanksgiving was saved. I purchased two tickets for my 80 plus. One of the flights was cancelled and they rerouted from New Jersey to Denver to Dallas. I spoke with my agent and was given another Non-Stop after I could not find anything on the internet. She understood immediately that I didn't want to place my eighty-year- in law with any layover. Thanksgiving was saved by her thoughtfulness and kindness.

USMy debit card didn’t go through because… My debit card didn’t go through because I forgot to up my limit for the day before making my reservations. After calling my bank, I called to speak with a representative and the lady was so kind and helpful! This was my first time using this booking site, and after such a pleasant experience with her, I will definitely be using it again!!

USGreat Experience | Danish Aftab Danish Aftab was so helpful in applying my flight credit to a future flight and getting my husband’s flight re-booked to the flight that I wanted. I emailed the help cheapair email address about this request and within 25 minutes I received an email from Danish. With everything going on with COVID and in the airline industry I was SHOCKED that I received an email back (from a real person) this fast. I had some more questions following my new flight that I emailed Danish about and I received a phone call from Danish minutes after I sent him my second email.
