I purchased a round trip ticket I purchased a round trip ticket and im here waiting for my confirmation and i didn't see one. So I called emailed Strip and they told me that my return date was a bit of problem so i should call them.. I called them up and customer service was very polite and he offered me two options and i was comfortable with so i went with that.. I gave them 5 stars bc not every agency u deal with nowadays have good customer service..

Best customer service Our first family vacation- 8 of us traveling and had a direct flight from Chicago to Phoenix. Our entire flight was canceled. I was sooooo upset it would be 3 times the amount if we went with another carrier. The customer service rep found another flight same charges but with a layover. Not happy about the layover but we will still be there early enough to enjoy our day ;0) silverlinings!
