GBAt first you don’t succeed... I Spent an hour attempting to book a room using AFFIRM payment processing. Several sites said that they accepted affirm yet when you got to checkout none was available. So when I finally tried Qtrip.com and got to check lo and behold their was the AFFIRM Button as clear as day. I could’ve used my credit card but AFFIRM granted some credit and I wanted to use it instead and once I’m committed to something I like to see it through and I’m glad I did, because I achieved, because I believed. Lol. Thank you very much for making AFFIRM available.

GBHelpful to say the least Prior to speaking with Danish I was hung up on multiple times and on hold for over an hour each time I had to call back. The representatives were very rude without reason. Danish was very apologetic and comforting!! He answered all of my questions and stayed on the line until my issue was resolved!! He was awesome!!

GBGreat Experience | Danish Aftab Danish Aftab was so helpful in applying my flight credit to a future flight and getting my husband’s flight re-booked to the flight that I wanted. I emailed the help cheapair email address about this request and within 25 minutes I received an email from Danish. With everything going on with COVID and in the airline industry I was SHOCKED that I received an email back (from a real person) this fast. I had some more questions following my new flight that I emailed Danish about and I received a phone call from Danish minutes after I sent him my second email. He mentioned he thought it would be easier to discuss this booking over the phone and get all my questions answered and I so appreciated the phone call! Thank you! - Laura Stapes

GBI am force to booked five and stil dont… I am force to booked five and stil dont have a confirm reservation. Further, you guys have no way of communicarting via telephone. All questions cannot to be resolved via chat. Lastly, you dont retrun email response in a timely manner.
