This was a great experience This was a great experience. The customer service at Let’s Russia is excellent. Vangie was always quick to respond to my questions via email and text. We applied for our 3 year visas while traveling abroad and we were able to get our visas from their office in Germany. This was so much better than having to mail our passports back to the U.S. Thank you for a great service! We highly recommend this visa company.

I'm very disappointed in this company I'm very disappointed in this company. I arranged a visit with them for Russia but when the Ukrainian war broke out I decided it was not a good time to go to Russia I asked the company multiple times for a refund of the money I paid them to arrange a visa and they promised on multiple occasions they would send me a refund but after a year it still hasn't shown up Every time I contacted them they were very apologetic and blamed the delay on their accounting department which I now believe was just an excuse and they never had any plans to refund my money I would avoid having anything to do with this company
