I'm very disappointed in this company I'm very disappointed in this company. I arranged a visit with them for Russia but when the Ukrainian war broke out I decided it was not a good time to go to Russia I asked the company multiple times for a refund of the money I paid them to arrange a visa and they promised on multiple occasions they would send me a refund but after a year it still hasn't shown up Every time I contacted them they were very apologetic and blamed the delay on their accounting department which I now believe was just an excuse and they never had any plans to refund my money I would avoid having anything to do with this company

You can trust them when you need help I was traveling to Russia and was not prepared for the severity of the sanctions. None of my cards worked and I was forced to use my cash to pay for my hotel. This created many problems and I was going to have to change plans and sacrifice part of my vacation. Let’s Russia USA managed to get me the money I needed! Just amazing!! Thank you very much!
