She is the only recruiter I have worked with who actually listens to what my needs and goals are, and really tailors her proposals (often with others, you get the scattergun approach which demoralising and a waste of everyone's time!). I really enjoy speaking with her and I feel that her human approach to recruitment is one in a million. It makes the arduous process of job hunting much more bearable. Thought they were spam I've never contacted the company or used the service and I have no interest in doing so as I am in employment. Nevertheless I am constantly getting emails, none of which give the option to unsubscribe to whatever list I am on. I assumed these were phishing emails.
