Unresponsive and lazy Gemma will spam you with job opportunity emails and messages but then not reply to a question, query or application. They don't have respect if a candidate is not the right fit for a role. It's worth bearing in mind that a candidate could be a good fit for another or future opportunity. Their approach is transaction based and lazy.

Right from assessing my suitability for various roles, getting me the interview and coaching me through the process, as well as keeping myself and the company updated along the way.She was excellent from the first phone call till the end my journey with my job application. She was always there to help and always willing to assist. Returned every mail and call. The best recruter and the most professional person ever met. Never let me down. Would recommend highly!

Rude and unprofessional. The unprofessionalism and how rudely I was treated by Sandie was completely unacceptable! She will call or text you at least 3/4 times a week, texts tend to have explanation marks on the end and she will not admit a mistake when made. I will be pushing further about this employee as many people under her care, are also complaining about the same situation.
