Sheila is a diamond! Sheila has been an absolute pleasure to worth with. She is the only recruiter I have worked with who actually listens to what my needs and goals are, and really tailors her proposals (often with others, you get the scattergun approach which demoralising and a waste of everyone's time!). I really enjoy speaking with her and I feel that her human approach to recruitment is one in a million. It makes the arduous process of job hunting much more bearable. Although I have not quite landed my dream job yet, I truly believe that Sheila will be the one to help me get there!

Very good overall Overall, Core were very good to work with. I was properly prepared for the interview process by Hollie who provided an up-front briefing on the role, setting out what the client was looking for. For various reasons, the client was quite slow at progressing the process (over 6 months between initial discussion and offer). Hollie kept me informed. She also apologised and followed up when the client failed to dial-in for one of the interviews. Hollie followed up after each of the 3 interviews.

Terrible communication Job posting said the email for more info - over 2 weeks and 3 polite emails still not a response. Treat people how you wish to be treated - a simple response of not right for the role is a common courtesy but don’t state the email and say ask for more info and then not reply ! I wouldn’t want the work with companies who allow this David who was the lead failed here

Totally depends on which recruiter you… Totally depends on which recruiter you get. Jamie has the worst reputation of anyone. In fact, in a discussion about the worst recruiters on Linked In, his name was mentioned multiple times. Were it only disappointed job seekers, I might not mention it, but employers were complaining about him as well. He consistently posts jobs that are not his to post and is very poor about responding. Recently, he held an online regarding Dubai, and multiple people on Linked In asked to join. He responded to no one.
