Unresponsive and lazy Gemma will spam you with job opportunity emails and messages but then not reply to a question, query or application. They don't have respect if a candidate is not the right fit for a role. It's worth bearing in mind that a candidate could be a good fit for another or future opportunity. Their approach is transaction based and lazy.

I would have no hesitation in using her again if I decide to move on or need to recruit more staff. She must be due a phenomenal Xmas bonus ! Would recommend highly!
