Kindly read this true experience I had booked air ticket via Skytravelhub.com on 6/2/2023 for the travel date of 12/21/2023. Close to the travel date the ticket was cancelled with no valid reason for the cancellation. Travel agency cited that they were not aware of the reason why the ticket was cancelled by the airline. Airlines directed my inquires to travel agency SkyTravelHub. SkyTravelHub had charged $906.38 as their service fee for booking. Skytravelhub is not responding to my refund request and it has been 6 months since the ticket was cancelled. My payment of $2799.98 is still not resolved and I had to raise this to Dept of Transportation for further assistance.

She kept looking for the best available fare and worked with in our budget to meet our travel request. We appreciate all the time she spent with us to make sure we got what we could financially manage.

Great customer service William was patient, calm, and responsive to all my concerns regarding up coming travel. He took his time to find me a deal that worked best within my budget. Would def recommend and utilize for future flight travel.

She was very patient, polite and very assuring that the work they do is very legitimate and those qualities caused me to relax some; my first ticket was booked in June and the other2 were booked in August.I didn't my e-tickets within a timely manner; but I reached out to Jessica and she was able to assist me obtain the tickets. I will book with them again.

Amazing staff and responds very quick! Alex Hales helped me find another flight when the flights I ordered where not available. He found a great deal for delta and help with everything including cancelling 1 of the tickets and picking out our seats. Patrick was the one who informed me about our initial flight tickets being unavailable and guided me towards the next course of action. Amazing experience I would recommend to anyone looking for good deals!
