Amazing staff and responds very quick! Alex Hales helped me find another flight when the flights I ordered where not available. He found a great deal for delta and help with everything including cancelling 1 of the tickets and picking out our seats. Patrick was the one who informed me about our initial flight tickets being unavailable and guided me towards the next course of action. Let the vacation begin! I’ve just finished booking our family’s flights from the East coast to Hawaii. Alex Hale was the most patient and professional customer service agent. He not only found us seats that saved us a good amount of money, but arranged it so we’d all be sitting together. I was a little concerned because we’re traveling with three kids.
