I was a little skeptical booking with… I was a little skeptical booking with Sky Travel Hub until my rep, Chris Jones helped me feel at ease and provided the best customer service! He helped me score a great deal for my family of 3, we're going to Aruba in August flying Delta and I couldnt be happier with the deal Chris got for us. I'll be booking with him in the future and I've already referred my parents to book with sky travel hub as well. Thanks for all your help Chris!

I booked a trip with them to Honolulu I booked a trip with them to Honolulu, Hawaii for my family vacation back in December 2023. The tickets initially showed up on Delta and then I found 1 day before our trip our tickets had been canceled without notifying us. Delta charged my credit card over $3,400 and they charged us over $1,333 for their fee yet no one wanted to tell us that we didn't actually have airfare tickets?! I don't understand how this is allowed. I literally found this out 1 day before our trip! I called SKYTRAVELHUB and they told me that I had to call Delta. I call Delta and they tell me that I have to call SKYTRAVELHUB! Neither would help us in rebooking our tickets or refunding our money. Can you imagine how stressful that was I will never book through SKYTRAVELHUB again and I ended up booking tickets through Southwest Airlines I have to pay 2,500 more, this mess up. I will not recommend this agency SKYTRAVELHUB.

This was first experience with… This was first experience with Skytravelhub, and I must say I was very impressed with my sales agent Roy Dominic! He was professional, courteous and kind, and took the time to explain our (my husband & I) itinerary and double-check to make sure we were getting the best rate possible!!! I will definitely use Skytravelhub for my future airfare trip!! Thank you, D.Younger

I really appreciated and very happy with the Sky Travel Hub I really appreciated and very happy that I found such a great Travel agency and their staff. I personally talked with Chris Jones who is really very professional and very customer oriented person. He explained and convinced me to be permanent customer and I will definitely. Sky Travel Hub will be my first choice to buy any tickets in near future.

Sky Travel Service Review Karen Shine was very helpful in getting us flights for our upcoming trip. She kept looking for the best available fare and worked with in our budget to meet our travel request. We appreciate all the time she spent with us to make sure we got what we could financially manage.
