We were able to stay at a very luxurious resort for an extremely competitive rate. The Ratepunk team is easily contactable via email and the inclusions included free cancellation at a rate significantly cheaper than all other competitors and third party booking sites. We are quite well travelled and experienced in booking high end holidays at competitive prices but Ratepunk was the best I have seen in a while. You’ve got a returning customer! Why ask for the dates required Why ask for the dates required, show dozens of options which I studied only to notice “not available for your dates” . A complete waste of effort. I realise you are trying to sell alternative dates but for most people the dates are firm.

All looks good but its impossible to reach anyone at this stage.Its new platform so customer service should be first class. reference WF26M9 Update.Customer service great, especially Emma.
