We were able to stay at a very luxurious resort for an extremely competitive rate. The Ratepunk team is easily contactable via email and the inclusions included free cancellation at a rate significantly cheaper than all other competitors and third party booking sites. We are quite well travelled and experienced in booking high end holidays at competitive prices but Ratepunk was the best I have seen in a while. You’ve got a returning customer! I have read all the comments from your… I have read all the comments from your users. I see that there are satisfied and dissatisfied. A little while ago I saw that the membership fee, which is about 11 us$, will automatically be deducted again after 12 months of the paid membership fee. I don't think that's right because it wasn't indicated anywhere. I'm supposed to travel in August this year, so I'll see how it works because the money is taken from my card before the trip, which I must admit is illogical. For all reservations through Booking, I made payment at the hotel immediately before departure. I hope everything will be fine.
