The first impression was great, found a better deal on price etc. The second step is to pay for it and here we go glitch in their system payment can not be processed. Thought ok, **** happens - took a screenshot and sent it to support received apologies and a link to go and pay and ended up paying £80 more than the best price... Back to support again and the words are "Thank you for your email and for noticing the issue. The conversion to some of the currencies was not working, so our developers' team will fix this issue. From what we can see, the price you paid for your reservation is fair and correct." Wow company that has to find you the best price says you paid FAIR price by overpaying £80... So very disappointing experience, Would be 1 star, but the extension on Chrome works fine so upped it a little.
