LTHad some issues due to a bug but that was resolved fast Tried to book a hotel via ratepunk platform (was redirected via booking.com) but it was a bug and accidentally booked the wrong hotel with almost identical name but at the wrong place. Have been charged for premium like 12$. thought I just gone into some sort of scam but the next morning after I wrote a letter they just cancelled my booking, admitted their fault and refunded 12$. Due to the unpleasant experience they left me premium for 1y. Good customer service I can say, way better than booking.com

I got even more discounts with the extension because it showed the mobile-only price. So yeah, a €226 discount sounds like a bargain, but I also got the VPN change suggestion and got an extra €141 deal!!! 367 Euros saved. well done, Ratepunk!

AUExcellent booking portal Excellent booking portal - very thrilled to have found Ratepunk who got us an excellent room with many inclusions including free breakfast and cocktails. We were able to stay at a very luxurious resort for an extremely competitive rate. The Ratepunk team is easily contactable via email and the inclusions included free cancellation at a rate significantly cheaper than all other competitors and third party booking sites. We are quite well travelled and experienced in booking high end holidays at competitive prices but Ratepunk was the best I have seen in a while. You’ve got a returning customer! RSI have read all the comments from your… I have read all the comments from your users. I see that there are satisfied and dissatisfied. A little while ago I saw that the membership fee, which is about 11 us$, will automatically be deducted again after 12 months of the paid membership fee. I don't think that's right because it wasn't indicated anywhere. I'm supposed to travel in August this year, so I'll see how it works because the money is taken from my card before the trip, which I must admit is illogical. For all reservations through Booking, I made payment at the hotel immediately before departure. I hope everything will be fine.

LTNot worth the premium subscription. I installed the browser extension in November 2023. I made seven new bookings via booking.com, and they only track one booking. UX/UI is so bad that it's hard to include your bookings, or the extension does not show up when you book. They notified me once that I could save 40% on my one booking, but when I booked, the price was EUR 1,100 and when they informed me the price was EUR 1,500…. I sent them an email and they said that it's a bug. So, it is not worth subscribing to their paid version if they can't make the product work on their main advertised functionality. Plus, if you would like to save money on the booking, you need to cancel the booking and then do it again yourself. They just send you the notification that the rate dropped (which they also got wrong).
