We were able to stay at a very luxurious resort for an extremely competitive rate. The Ratepunk team is easily contactable via email and the inclusions included free cancellation at a rate significantly cheaper than all other competitors and third party booking sites. We are quite well travelled and experienced in booking high end holidays at competitive prices but Ratepunk was the best I have seen in a while. You’ve got a returning customer! Why ask for the dates required Why ask for the dates required, show dozens of options which I studied only to notice “not available for your dates” . A complete waste of effort. I realise you are trying to sell alternative dates but for most people the dates are firm.

100 euros saved with a few clicks My friend is an absolute fanatic about this app, and I didn't really believe him until I eventually caved in and used it myself. Saved me 100€ (103€ to be exact) when booking at The London Ritz, with just a few clicks. Trust your friends when they recommend something, haha.

I have read all the comments from your… I have read all the comments from your users. I see that there are satisfied and dissatisfied. A little while ago I saw that the membership fee, which is about 11 us$, will automatically be deducted again after 12 months of the paid membership fee. I don't think that's right because it wasn't indicated anywhere. I'm supposed to travel in August this year, so I'll see how it works because the money is taken from my card before the trip, which I must admit is illogical. For all reservations through Booking, I made payment at the hotel immediately before departure. I hope everything will be fine.

Great extension I was looking where to stay during Spain Formula1 race event. On booking.com prices were raised on every hotel near the track (It was the last minute). But RatePunk showed me from which platform I can book hotel cheaper and I actually ended up saving about €300. Will definitely use it in the future
