Disappointing experience Poor website structure, very poor customer service and the story is: Was excited to try this as picked it up from Tadas Burgaila's interview. The first impression was great, found a better deal on price etc. The second step is to pay for it and here we go glitch in their system payment can not be processed. Thought ok, **** happens - took a screenshot and sent it to support received apologies and a link to go and pay and ended up paying £80 more than the best price... Back to support again and the words are "Thank you for your email and for noticing the issue. The conversion to some of the currencies was not working, so our developers' team will fix this issue. From what we can see, the price you paid for your reservation is fair and correct." Wow company that has to find you the best price says you paid FAIR price by overpaying £80... So very disappointing experience, Would be 1 star, but the extension on Chrome works fine so upped it a little.

100 euros saved with a few clicks My friend is an absolute fanatic about this app, and I didn't really believe him until I eventually caved in and used it myself. Saved me 100€ (103€ to be exact) when booking at The London Ritz, with just a few clicks. Trust your friends when they recommend something, haha.

Excellent booking portal Excellent booking portal - very thrilled to have found Ratepunk who got us an excellent room with many inclusions including free breakfast and cocktails. We were able to stay at a very luxurious resort for an extremely competitive rate. The Ratepunk team is easily contactable via email and the inclusions included free cancellation at a rate significantly cheaper than all other competitors and third party booking sites. We are quite well travelled and experienced in booking high end holidays at competitive prices but Ratepunk was the best I have seen in a while. You’ve got a returning customer! I've saved €329 in just a few clicks Ok so it was pretty simple - I've opened AirBnB website and launched Ratepunk's extension on my google chrome, I've browsed through some apartments I'd like to stay in and, with Ratepunk's "price offer" feature, automatically sent offers to the hosts asking for a better price, and in like 15 minutes I've received offers from the hosts with reduced price for the stay. Managed to negotiate from €855 to €526, meaning €329 savings in 15 minutes. €1 of Ratepunk subscription saved me €329 in 15 minutes, ROI of 32800%. And it's only my first booking :) Crazy useful!
