A little while ago I saw that the membership fee, which is about 11 us$, will automatically be deducted again after 12 months of the paid membership fee. I don't think that's right because it wasn't indicated anywhere. I'm supposed to travel in August this year, so I'll see how it works because the money is taken from my card before the trip, which I must admit is illogical. For all reservations through Booking, I made payment at the hotel immediately before departure. I hope everything will be fine.

Disappointing experience Poor website structure, very poor customer service and the story is: Was excited to try this as picked it up from Tadas Burgaila's interview. The first impression was great, found a better deal on price etc. The second step is to pay for it and here we go glitch in their system payment can not be processed. Thought ok, **** happens - took a screenshot and sent it to support received apologies and a link to go and pay and ended up paying £80 more than the best price... Back to support again and the words are "Thank you for your email and for noticing the issue. The conversion to some of the currencies was not working, so our developers' team will fix this issue. From what we can see, the price you paid for your reservation is fair and correct." Wow company that has to find you the best price says you paid FAIR price by overpaying £80... So very disappointing experience, Would be 1 star, but the extension on Chrome works fine so upped it a little.

All looks good but its impossible to reach anyone at this stage.Its new platform so customer service should be first class. reference WF26M9 Update.Customer service great, especially Emma. Great extension I was looking where to stay during Spain Formula1 race event. On booking.com prices were raised on every hotel near the track (It was the last minute). But RatePunk showed me from which platform I can book hotel cheaper and I actually ended up saving about €300. Will definitely use it in the future
