Had some issues due to a bug but that was resolved fast Tried to book a hotel via ratepunk platform (was redirected via booking.com) but it was a bug and accidentally booked the wrong hotel with almost identical name but at the wrong place. Have been charged for premium like 12$. thought I just gone into some sort of scam but the next morning after I wrote a letter they just cancelled my booking, admitted their fault and refunded 12$. Due to the unpleasant experience they left me premium for 1y. Good customer service I can say, way better than booking.com

Saved me $78 on an Airbnb I'm not a big fan of hotels, tbh. I prefer Airbnbs, so I didn't try this tool earlier. However, now they do the same on Airbnb, and it showed me that my wanted apartment in Lake Como is $78 cheaper if booked on Booking!
