Excellent booking portal Excellent booking portal - very thrilled to have found Ratepunk who got us an excellent room with many inclusions including free breakfast and cocktails. We were able to stay at a very luxurious resort for an extremely competitive rate. The Ratepunk team is easily contactable via email and the inclusions included free cancellation at a rate significantly cheaper than all other competitors and third party booking sites. We are quite well travelled and experienced in booking high end holidays at competitive prices but Ratepunk was the best I have seen in a while. You’ve got a returning customer! It's actually crazy this tool is free. It's actually crazy this tool is free. I recently completed my trip to London. I checked accommodation deals on booking.com (Genius level 3 here). I got even more discounts with the extension because it showed the mobile-only price. So yeah, a €226 discount sounds like a bargain, but I also got the VPN change suggestion and got an extra €141 deal!!! 367 Euros saved. well done, Ratepunk!

I have read all the comments from your… I have read all the comments from your users. I see that there are satisfied and dissatisfied. A little while ago I saw that the membership fee, which is about 11 us$, will automatically be deducted again after 12 months of the paid membership fee. I don't think that's right because it wasn't indicated anywhere. I'm supposed to travel in August this year, so I'll see how it works because the money is taken from my card before the trip, which I must admit is illogical. For all reservations through Booking, I made payment at the hotel immediately before departure. I hope everything will be fine.

Why ask for the dates required Why ask for the dates required, show dozens of options which I studied only to notice “not available for your dates” . A complete waste of effort. I realise you are trying to sell alternative dates but for most people the dates are firm.

Disappointing experience Poor website structure, very poor customer service and the story is: Was excited to try this as picked it up from Tadas Burgaila's interview. The first impression was great, found a better deal on price etc. The second step is to pay for it and here we go glitch in their system payment can not be processed. Thought ok, **** happens - took a screenshot and sent it to support received apologies and a link to go and pay and ended up paying £80 more than the best price... Back to support again and the words are "Thank you for your email and for noticing the issue. The conversion to some of the currencies was not working, so our developers' team will fix this issue. From what we can see, the price you paid for your reservation is fair and correct." Wow company that has to find you the best price says you paid FAIR price by overpaying £80... So very disappointing experience, Would be 1 star, but the extension on Chrome works fine so upped it a little.
