LTI've been using ratepunk for more than… I've been using ratepunk for more than a year now. Always checking prices before booking a hotel or any other accommodation. Great and simplified comparison. Getting me saved at least 10-15% of initial price.

AUExcellent booking portal Excellent booking portal - very thrilled to have found Ratepunk who got us an excellent room with many inclusions including free breakfast and cocktails. We were able to stay at a very luxurious resort for an extremely competitive rate. The Ratepunk team is easily contactable via email and the inclusions included free cancellation at a rate significantly cheaper than all other competitors and third party booking sites. We are quite well travelled and experienced in booking high end holidays at competitive prices but Ratepunk was the best I have seen in a while. You’ve got a returning customer! Look forward to booking through them again soon

LTBooked hotel yesterday.It says no… Booked hotel yesterday.It says no pre-payment needed.As soon as I entered bank details I been charged in full.Sent couple of emails no replays. All looks good but its impossible to reach anyone at this stage.Its new platform so customer service should be first class. reference WF26M9 Update.Customer service great, especially Emma. There is still some bugs which needs to be fixed !

LTGreat extension I was looking where to stay during Spain Formula1 race event. On booking.com prices were raised on every hotel near the track (It was the last minute). But RatePunk showed me from which platform I can book hotel cheaper and I actually ended up saving about €300. Will definitely use it in the future

LTNot worth the premium subscription. I installed the browser extension in November 2023. I made seven new bookings via booking.com, and they only track one booking. UX/UI is so bad that it's hard to include your bookings, or the extension does not show up when you book. They notified me once that I could save 40% on my one booking, but when I booked, the price was EUR 1,100 and when they informed me the price was EUR 1,500…. I sent them an email and they said that it's a bug. So, it is not worth subscribing to their paid version if they can't make the product work on their main advertised functionality. Plus, if you would like to save money on the booking, you need to cancel the booking and then do it again yourself. They just send you the notification that the rate dropped (which they also got wrong).
