Do not be fooled by the "positive" reviews on Google or on TrustPilot. They are obviously paid for and fake. Coincidentally all of them are from India. Yeah, right. Do your research if you want but this warning should be all you need to make the decision not to book anything from this fraud of a website.

GBNEVER BOOK through them..I booked… NEVER BOOK through them..I booked tickets for my parents in May 2021 which was later rescheduled to July 2021. Now planing for this year, the agent said. 1. Please have my parents travel to Air India office for booking. Why we need agent if people have to go office. 2. I said cancel my ticket, I will book a meeting ticket. Cancellation is not allowed. 3. SO hard to contact these guys, have to call multiple times a day to get any response. I have such bad experience that I will never book through agent EVER again.

GBI would recommend Fly us Travels I would recommend Fly us Travels I just got a last minute flight home thru them. Great customer service they called me to make sure I got checked in and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely use there services again.
