MXWe had a reservation and unexpectedly… We had a reservation and unexpectedly they cancel our return flight. We contacted the airline and they told us that every arrangement has to be made through Flyus travel, but, it is imposible to comunícate with the agency. None of their phones or emails work

ZAFlyustravels not even worth a star😡 Flyustravels not even worth a star😡 I am battling since August 2023 for my refund to be paid back to me! Do not use this website. I phone them hold on for hours just to hear that the manager needs to speak to me, which is Ethan, but Ethan is never at work when I phone? We messaged Ethan when we were still in process of buying the ticket now he does not even answer our messages🤔. The “Valentino” who made the original booking just never returned to work according to his other colleagues!? This is ridiculous😡
