I went for fasttrackvisa mainly because…of the supposed quick turnaround I went for fasttrackvisa mainly because of the 2/3 day turnaround however, my visa was rejected on day 7. These guys provided no assistance on explaining why and after investigating myself, realised they'd entered my nationality incorrectly causing the visa to be rejected. They are refusing to admit their mistake, not replying to me anymore and i think chances of a refund are slim to none. DO NOT USE. Terrible service.

Parcel put in recycling bin - now destroyed My parcel arrived when I was not home, the delivery person put the parcel in our green bin which was collected by our bin collectors so I do not have my sandals. I cannot get in contact with Fast Track. I will never us this company again. Disappointed is an understatement

Excellent service Excellent service, really saved our trip to Kenya! We didn‘t know that we needed a visa to enter the country and only realized this the evening prior to departure. We sent the visa application via Fasttrackvisa. With excellent service and help from Archie via WhatsApp we were able to get the visa just 12 hours later. Would definitely recommend this service for all urgent required visas!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They promise 24h (not business hours) visas, but can’t provide them. I had to rebook my flight because of this. When trying to contact them through WhatsApp, they just don’t respond for a full day, don’t even get me started on email. Honestly what a waste of money. Eventually I did receive my visa, only about 2 days late. Supposedly I’m getting a refund for the extra cost of a 24h visa, but I’ve yet to see this. Awful experience. UPDATE I have received the refund for the 24h service. Still, if I were you, just go through the regular channels
