Parcel put in recycling bin - now destroyed My parcel arrived when I was not home, the delivery person put the parcel in our green bin which was collected by our bin collectors so I do not have my sandals. I cannot get in contact with Fast Track. I will never us this company again. Disappointed is an understatement

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They promise 24h (not business hours) visas, but can’t provide them. I had to rebook my flight because of this. When trying to contact them through WhatsApp, they just don’t respond for a full day, don’t even get me started on email. Honestly what a waste of money. Eventually I did receive my visa, only about 2 days late. Supposedly I’m getting a refund for the extra cost of a 24h visa, but I’ve yet to see this. Awful experience. UPDATE I have received the refund for the 24h service. Still, if I were you, just go through the regular channels

Saved my trip! I cannot recommend highly enough! I cannot recommend highly enough! I was travelling back to Vietnam and booked a flight to Cambodia and another to Vietnam from there. Didn't even occur to me to check Cambodian visa requirements because I was only going to be there for 6 hours (and because I am stupid!) 2 nights before I was set to leave I suddenly sat up in bed and realised I needed a visa. I had to leave for the airport at 5am on Friday morning. I applied for the visa 5.30am Thursday morning. They managed to get the visa to me in 22.5 hours and literally saved my whole trip and thousands of pounds. Everyone I dealt with and spoke to was so friendly and reassuring. Amazing company

Applied my Spain visa through Premium… Applied my Spain visa through Premium lounge last month at iRise Tower building, Ms. Gayatri was really very helpful and she guided us very well. Ur lounge manager Mr Mohammed was very helpful too. Got my visa in 2 weeks as these are the normal timings in COVID 19 situation. Thanks for your professional and timely services. AVTAR

FTV are my heroes, exceeding their promises What can I say? Could I give six stars? Fast Track Visa saved my trip from Germany to Kenya. I took care of all other paperwork and tests, but only upon flight check-in time realized that I do not have visa for tomorrow’s flight. Normal superfast visa services take two days. Stupid me, but also lucky me, since I found FTV. FTV advertises 24h … in this case they delivered in 4h !!! In direct dialogue they made sure I sent them all the needed documents, and they comforted me with their 100% record, telling me not to worry (which was extra helpful as I was stressed). Thank you!! It was superb.
