I went for fasttrackvisa mainly because…of the supposed quick turnaround I went for fasttrackvisa mainly because of the 2/3 day turnaround however, my visa was rejected on day 7. These guys provided no assistance on explaining why and after investigating myself, realised they'd entered my nationality incorrectly causing the visa to be rejected. They are refusing to admit their mistake, not replying to me anymore and i think chances of a refund are slim to none. DO NOT USE. Terrible service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They promise 24h (not business hours) visas, but can’t provide them. I had to rebook my flight because of this. When trying to contact them through WhatsApp, they just don’t respond for a full day, don’t even get me started on email. Honestly what a waste of money. Eventually I did receive my visa, only about 2 days late. Supposedly I’m getting a refund for the extra cost of a 24h visa, but I’ve yet to see this. Awful experience. UPDATE I have received the refund for the 24h service. Still, if I were you, just go through the regular channels

24 hour service is not 24 hours.... We needed an urgent visa to get to Cambodia as they no longer allowed for visas to be applied for on arrival. We used FTV because they provided a 24 hour service. Unfortunately we are nearly at 48 hours and we have still not yet received our visa as it is still pending with the Cambodian immigration team. If FTV advertise that they can get something done in 24 hours (and you charge clients a premium for that product), one would expect them to be able to deliver on that time commitment. Unfortunately going through FTV has now been a complete waste of money and time. Would not recommend.
