FTV are my heroes, exceeding their promises What can I say? Could I give six stars? Fast Track Visa saved my trip from Germany to Kenya. I took care of all other paperwork and tests, but only upon flight check-in time realized that I do not have visa for tomorrow’s flight. Normal superfast visa services take two days. Stupid me, but also lucky me, since I found FTV. FTV advertises 24h … in this case they delivered in 4h !!! In direct dialogue they made sure I sent them all the needed documents, and they comforted me with their 100% record, telling me not to worry (which was extra helpful as I was stressed). Thank you!! It was superb.

I applied for an Indian single entry… I applied for an Indian single entry visa. For an urgent trip. They sent me a form and filled out and paid 77u.s.d by master card. After few days they emailed me to fill out another form, to upload same documents with high resolution copies and a form to authorize them for the payment the bank kept pending because of their over rated exchange rate for the 77 u.s.d to Canadian dollar. Later the bank paid them with correct rate but they didn't issue the e-visa and they blocked communication with them. The never responded to my text and phone call. My trip is urgent but they ignored my call irresponsibly. Now time out for my urgent trip.

Parcel put in recycling bin - now destroyed My parcel arrived when I was not home, the delivery person put the parcel in our green bin which was collected by our bin collectors so I do not have my sandals. I cannot get in contact with Fast Track. I will never us this company again. Disappointed is an understatement
