Pulled a scam the day after the cancellation period One day after the full cancellation period they decided to remove an entire country from the itinerary based on their own feedback. They offered everyone on board $11 in sailor loot for the inconvenience and that's it! After getting real feedback they changed their stance within 12 hours. These people will do everything they can to ruin your vacation

I’ve been on 20 cruises with 7 cruiselines I’ve been on 20 cruises with seven different cruise lines, if Virgin Voyages is your first ever cruise you’re really setting yourself a really high bar.! Fantastic food and restaurants, amazing that soft drinks is unlimited and included. The only thing is getting used to booking all the restaurants and shows which unfortunately we missed out on some due to high demand and overbooked. Small theatre!

Cancelled our booked cruise, no customer service since Cancelled our booked cruise, after emailing and emailing and finally contacting via social media... they emailed us with an offer of a replacement cruise but since then we have had nothing but radio silence (we have followed up with them multiple times) to see what our options are. Moral of the story... don't book anything with Virgin Voyages

One of the best vacations EVER One of the best vacations EVER! The staff at Virgin are so incredible especially Karina our Rockstar agent! She was so professional and accommodating on both of our voyages (we sailed back to back April 7-17! Gabriel was great too! We are definitely planning another voyage for next year! The food was delicious, our suite was a “cheeky corner suite” with an aft balcony which I highly recommend! Zsolt at the On the Rocks bar was a fantastic server along with Dragona our housekeeper who was also top notch! Ayu at Richard’s Rooftop became our sweet friend as well! She was so attentive! We had no idea how great an all adult cruise was until we sailed Virgin- I cannot recommend this cruise line enough and even got teary eyed when we disembarked. The entertainment was great and Scarlet Night was definitely worth it! One thing I failed to do was rent a golf cart in Grand Turk which I would recommend doing in advance next time.
