Can’t rate this cruise line highly enough. Exceptional service. 4 and 5 star restaurants. Food was amazing. Cabin and balcony had ample amount of space and good facilities. We never struggled to find seating/loungers to relax or participate in the many activities. We will be back for sure. Pity next season for us down under has been cancelled🤨

Concerned The Resilient Lady is a lovely, modern ship. The restaurants, food and staff are exceptional. I am, however, disappointed by the lack of concern over what could become quite a problem. I was bitten by something in my cabin. The bites look quite like those of a bed bug. It took 3 visits for an investigation and I never received an update from them. I was promised a call and was to have my laundry done-never happened. Another in our group was also bitten and I've since discovered another on a different floor. The manager was not interested and seemed not to want to take any precautionary measures to prevent a possible outbreak or that I may take it home. I spent a rather unpleasant 2 weeks with weeping itchy bites. Let's hope it doesn't spread.

Best cruise ever This was my 5th cruise. It was by far the best experience I've had on a boat. Customer service exceeded expectations. Nothing was overly crowded. The food options were so incredible. Between the restaurants and the gallery there was something for everyone. The make your own salad was by far the best salad "bar" I've ever eaten. The dessert options were delicious too. So many options. I loved that it was adult only. I love children but sometimes it's nice to not have them around. The casino and shops were both nice. The tattoo shop on board was fantastic. My sister and I got matching tattoos. The terrace was nice. The hammock was a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. I loved all the options for bars. All the bartenders knew what they were doing and the drinks were reasonably priced. I can honestly say I will never go on another cruise line. Virgin won me over for life!!

ZERO CUSTOMER SRVICE I have NEVER felt LESS important to a company than Virgin !! The cruise itself was ok and the service was alright. The ports were lack luster , excursions limited. The dinning availability was awful. Eating dinner at 10pm is NOT ENJOYABLE. The icing on the cake was when we were at their "private" Beach club in Bimini and due to their neglect of pathways, my toe was broken. NOT ONCE did anyone inquire if I was ok after I was in Medical and xray .We disembarked the next day and as they hurled us off for the next group of victims,I was never offered a wheelchair or help getting through disembarkation !!!! The pJ party was great. Other than that ......Terrible experience.

What a poor way to treat customers What a poor way to treat customers. We booked a cruise and paid for the ultimate experience - the massive suite. A pretty penny. We paid upfront. The sign of a good customer. We have 3 other very large holidays with the Virgin group - significant monies. Then without warning I got a 15 second voice mail 2 weeks ago telling me my sailign had been cancelled and I would be refunded. No offer of a rebooking, any chance of getting that cabin size less than 10 months away from the desired sailing. Messages sent by me, absolutely rubbish responses, 'your travel agent will refund you' - I never booked with an agent I booked directly with Virgin! No refund, no offer of a rebook, no human contact, wondering whether Virgin have totally lost the plot.
