AUCancelled our booked cruise, no customer service since Cancelled our booked cruise, after emailing and emailing and finally contacting via social media... they emailed us with an offer of a replacement cruise but since then we have had nothing but radio silence (we have followed up with them multiple times) to see what our options are. Moral of the story... don't book anything with Virgin Voyages

GBWhat a poor way to treat customers What a poor way to treat customers. We booked a cruise and paid for the ultimate experience - the massive suite. A pretty penny. We paid upfront. The sign of a good customer. We have 3 other very large holidays with the Virgin group - significant monies. Then without warning I got a 15 second voice mail 2 weeks ago telling me my sailign had been cancelled and I would be refunded. No offer of a rebooking, any chance of getting that cabin size less than 10 months away from the desired sailing. Messages sent by me, absolutely rubbish responses, 'your travel agent will refund you' - I never booked with an agent I booked directly with Virgin! No refund, no offer of a rebook, no human contact, wondering whether Virgin have totally lost the plot.

GBPulled a scam the day after the cancellation period One day after the full cancellation period they decided to remove an entire country from the itinerary based on their own feedback. They offered everyone on board $11 in sailor loot for the inconvenience and that's it! After getting real feedback they changed their stance within 12 hours. These people will do everything they can to ruin your vacation

GB"Embarking on Elegance: A Rock Star's Journey Aboard Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady, Where Dreams Set Sail" Embarking on the Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady was like stepping into a dream where every detail was tailored to perfection. From the moment I set foot on the ship, I knew this was going to be the best cruise I've ever experienced. The Rock Star status is not just a title; it's a passport to an elevated world of luxury and exclusivity that I will always choose when cruising with Virgin Voyages. The vast array of cuisine on board was a culinary odyssey, a testament to the ship's commitment to gastronomic excellence. With over 20 eateries, each dish crafted by Michelin-starred chefs, the flavors were as diverse as they were delightful. From the sizzling Korean BBQ at Gunbae to the sophisticated ambiance of The Wake's steak and seafood, every meal was an adventure in itself. But what truly made the trip unforgettable was the concierge service provided to us Rock Stars. My assigned concierge was the epitome of professionalism and warmth, ensuring every aspect of my journey was seamless and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my preferences turned a great vacation into an extraordinary one. In summary, the Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady isn't just a cruise; it's a celebration of style, comfort, and indulgence. With Rock Star status, the journey transcends the ordinary, offering a taste of the good life that's simply irresistible. I can't wait for my next voyage with Virgin Voyages, where I know I'll be treated to another round of impeccable service, exquisite dining, and memories to last a lifetime.

GBGreat locations, bad boat experiences While the locations were great; this is not a cruise for those individuals who would rather not see or experience overly extroverted LGTBQ+ environments. Adults only cruise. The no-drugs warning is not complied with whatsoever. If you do not like the smell of marijuana, do not for one second think the no-drugs sign prevents people from brining it on the boat, or smoking it on the beach you go to in Bimini. The room was decent, nothing extravagant. The non-square room creates an issue with getting around the bed to the balcony. If you don’t want to look at rescue boats, get a room above floor 10. The staff were great with assistance and service.
