One of the best vacations EVER One of the best vacations EVER! The staff at Virgin are so incredible especially Karina our Rockstar agent! She was so professional and accommodating on both of our voyages (we sailed back to back April 7-17! Gabriel was great too! We are definitely planning another voyage for next year! The food was delicious, our suite was a “cheeky corner suite” with an aft balcony which I highly recommend! Zsolt at the On the Rocks bar was a fantastic server along with Dragona our housekeeper who was also top notch! Ayu at Richard’s Rooftop became our sweet friend as well! She was so attentive! We had no idea how great an all adult cruise was until we sailed Virgin- I cannot recommend this cruise line enough and even got teary eyed when we disembarked. The entertainment was great and Scarlet Night was definitely worth it! One thing I failed to do was rent a golf cart in Grand Turk which I would recommend doing in advance next time.

ZERO CUSTOMER SRVICE I have NEVER felt LESS important to a company than Virgin !! The cruise itself was ok and the service was alright. The ports were lack luster , excursions limited. The dinning availability was awful. Eating dinner at 10pm is NOT ENJOYABLE. The icing on the cake was when we were at their "private" Beach club in Bimini and due to their neglect of pathways, my toe was broken. NOT ONCE did anyone inquire if I was ok after I was in Medical and xray .We disembarked the next day and as they hurled us off for the next group of victims,I was never offered a wheelchair or help getting through disembarkation !!!! The pJ party was great. Other than that ......Terrible experience.

Great locations, bad boat experiences While the locations were great; this is not a cruise for those individuals who would rather not see or experience overly extroverted LGTBQ+ environments. Adults only cruise. The no-drugs warning is not complied with whatsoever. If you do not like the smell of marijuana, do not for one second think the no-drugs sign prevents people from brining it on the boat, or smoking it on the beach you go to in Bimini. The room was decent, nothing extravagant. The non-square room creates an issue with getting around the bed to the balcony. If you don’t want to look at rescue boats, get a room above floor 10. The staff were great with assistance and service.

Overall great first time cruise, but be aware for racism on board from other sailors Overall, the service was pretty good, and I was impressed by the options for food choices, activities and entertainment, but I wish the crowd of people were less racist; the Extra Virgin experience threw us off for our last day. We come on vacation to have fun and relax, not to be profiled and made uncomfortable by racist guests. This is something to look into. I would also like to say a big Thank you to Maria, who I was on the phone with before I got on the ship because I was running late due to my flight being delayed. I was able to get there in the nick of time. She sent an urgent email to the terminal crew and informed them we were running late. She stayed on the phone with me and offered encouragement while I panicked about missing the cruise. It was really appreciated, and it's something I will always remember. Thank you, Maria. You were really appreciated, and you are the real MVP. I appreciate all the help. Thanks for helping me create my first cruise experience.

Most Epic Experience I had the most amazing experience anyone could imagine. I’ve often experience car sickness as a passenger. So I prepared myself, by buying lots of medications for motion sickness. I never use any of those items, because I was just fine. It was the smoothest sail ever!!! The food was amazingly fresh, the ship was immaculately clean, the staff were awesome. The entertainment was wonderful !! I had so much fun experience, I’m exhausted talking about it. I just want to recover and plan my next voyage.
