GBI appreciate Ann and all of her… I appreciate Ann and all of her information. She is very information and communicates well. I had a lot of questions and she was patient and responded accordingly. I of course did not like that my upcoming renewal was now void due to a market/vendor going under but that is not Integrity's fault. It does cause financial hiccups as the new price will be higher than originally planned. Would love to see if there is a way to avoid this in the future

GBI believe the woman who talk to us was… I believe the woman who talk to us was Diane. She was very patient very knowledgeable about her job took her time and made sure every question was answered before we hung up and see this a ton of money. We would highly recommend her to many people, as we have so far and it was just yesterday that we spoke to her.
