Katrina has saved our company a lot of money over the years we've been with them. Katrina is professional, friendly, efficient, and always answers all questions thoroughly and promptly. GBI appreciate Ann and all of her… I appreciate Ann and all of her information. She is very information and communicates well. I had a lot of questions and she was patient and responded accordingly. I of course did not like that my upcoming renewal was now void due to a market/vendor going under but that is not Integrity's fault. It does cause financial hiccups as the new price will be higher than originally planned. Would love to see if there is a way to avoid this in the future

GBI was pressured into signing this… I was pressured into signing this contract with usurious rates for a very long amount of time (48 months) & horrendous cancellation fees for commercial customers. The Rep said gas prices were going to drastically increase & from everything I'm seeing, that is a blatant lie. I am thoroughly upset with "Integrity" Energy & with myself, for believing her.
