GBBusiness switch The Integrity representative (Ashley O.) was not at all pushy or aggressive and gave me plenty of time to research current electricity pricing, trends and forecasts. Once I confirmed everything she had said and researched Integrity, I was comfortable in switching to them. The process was easy.

GBAngela at Integrity was very patient!! Angela was very patient explaining her suggestions for the best energy plan for us. Although she called a little bit too early, like 6 months ago, when I asked her to wait till it was closer to our renewal date, she was very nice about it and did, indeed, call me at the better time. She made it very easy to understand my choices and didn't badger me to sign up for a longer time than I was comfortable with. I was very happy with our new rates and terms.

GBI appreciate Ann and all of her… I appreciate Ann and all of her information. She is very information and communicates well. I had a lot of questions and she was patient and responded accordingly. I of course did not like that my upcoming renewal was now void due to a market/vendor going under but that is not Integrity's fault. It does cause financial hiccups as the new price will be higher than originally planned. Would love to see if there is a way to avoid this in the future

GBI switched to Integrity Energy for a… I switched to Integrity Energy for a single-year contract. At first, they offered a higher rate, but after researching, they matched a better rate I found. Their agents were pushy, but I eventually got a satisfactory deal.

GBI was pressured into signing this… I was pressured into signing this contract with usurious rates for a very long amount of time (48 months) & horrendous cancellation fees for commercial customers. The Rep said gas prices were going to drastically increase & from everything I'm seeing, that is a blatant lie. I am thoroughly upset with "Integrity" Energy & with myself, for believing her.
