Very odd experience/scam Very odd experience, sounded like a scam. I called, it rang a call center with some odd european ring tone. The lady said I can't have the pickup address until I order. To me this is utter BS. Not taking the risk. Adios amigos!

Tier 1 panels at very low markup Hard to find panels available for pickup when you don’t need an entire pallet so I’m quite happy I found this companies website. Great price and communication. Will order from here again for future projects or expansion.

The address given was not for the… The address given was not for the correct entry to the facility (rather a main door which was not staffed) so I was wandering around trying to find the correct entrance. There was no map in my instructions rather a picture of a building from the air which was not helpful. Most of the doors were locked and so I could not find anyone to direct me except by accident finding some ppl at lunch.. Beforehand, I had called your 800 number to notify I was picking up in 1.5 hrs but the info never made it to the facility. The door number in your email was incorrect and I was given another one at the guard gate. So I went back and forth between the doors knocking then banging on them - before finally being let inside then directed to the other door. The panels were not packaged - but were banded without me seeing them. So they were unbanded and then re-banded. This was a very frustrating experience I doubt I will be your future customer. Why don't you provide even simple things. A map would be more helpful than your fancy video. Don't understand what is wrong here.

I don't usually write a review for a… I don't usually write a review for a company, or ever for that matter, but this I felt compelled due to the easy pickup I had this morning in Jacksonville, FL. I ordered 1 peice of Q CELLS 365w on Friday, and then I received a notification on my phone within 48 hours that it was ready. They let me inspect it and were very helpful with all the questions I had and they did all the loading for me. Now the only problem I have is finding something else to do the rest of the day cause I thought it was going to take up half my day. BIG THANKS A1SOLARPANEL

Great service at distribution center Had a hard time getting the panels I wanted at distribution centers in NJ. Finally got acceptable substitutes available at Cranbury site. I left early to get through the NYC traffic. I thought I would have to wait hours until they opened. Great surprise warehouse was open. Very nice warehouse man helped me get my order before 730 in the morning. Massapequa to Cranbury and back again in less than 5 hours. Thank you
