New electric plan The switchover to Energy Harbor LLC was seamless, no issues. My only concern is I signed for 3 years to receive a good rate and I see now that the Standard rate offered by BGE is about 6.6% higher on average thru September 2022.

When it's time to renew my electricity… When it's time to renew my electricity supplier, I go to electricrate.com to find out what my options are. They have all the available offers there on their website in one place for me to easily reference and choose from. I trust their site and will continue to use it as the need arises.

You get billed for using a third party… You get billed for using a third party provider which adds to your bill, plus Electricrate ended up costing me 50.00 because they told me it was time to renew or change providers. I changed providers on the date THEY gave me. I got an email from my previous provider stating that I left my contract 5 months too early and I had to pay a 50.00 penalty because of it. I do not recommend Electricrate, and seem to be trapped. There's no way to unsubscribe on their site. Do not join any rate comparison site, they are all 3rd party billers.

Easy and Effective The website was easy to navigate and I received a very good electricity rate. I shop once a year and I know I’m paying the lowest kWh rate available in my area.

Easy to work with, but find your rate quickly Easy to work with. A little confusing around rate because I live in New Jersey so it felt a little bait and switch (unintentional). Nice to feel power dollars going to renewable sources.
