Fair rates, good service and seamless billing! The rates were very comparable and the service has been flawless. The billing through PPL has been seamless. If they keep the rates as low as possible then I could see myself staying with Energy Harbor forever!

New electric plan The switchover to Energy Harbor LLC was seamless, no issues. My only concern is I signed for 3 years to receive a good rate and I see now that the Standard rate offered by BGE is about 6.6% higher on average thru September 2022.

First billing cycle First billing cycle, need more evidence of the monthly usage compared to prior year and provider. Should be less per KW hour.
